45-49 & 50+ - Male - 50/55/60/65/70/75/80/85 Female - 30/35/40/45/50/52.5/55/57.5
You may take as many attempts as possible within the 50s to complete 2 lifts. Skipping / double unders will be used as a tie break. Double unders = x1.5
