We have spotted a couple of speedy Welsh triathletes running at the Armagh International last week.
Well done to Bronwen Owen finishing 5th in the women’s 3k in a rapid 9:11, and to Osian Perrin for a PB 14:43 in the men’s 5k - a race where 133 people ran under 15:00
