We provide a free confidential service throughout Ceredigion to anybody suffering or experiencing domestic abuse regardless of their age, race, gender, sexual orientation or financial circumstances. 24 /7 HelplineOur 24 hours a day, 7 days a week helpline allows individuals and families to access out of hours advice and support. Helpline North: 01970 625 585Helpline South:   01239 615 385Safe AccommodationRefuge for women and children, housing for men and children fleeing domestic abuse. Contact the helpline to refer - you can self refer or be referred by a friend or organisation. Community SupportOffering confidential specialist domestic abuse support in all areas of Ceredigion. One to One SupportSupport for women over 55Group Programmes including Freedom Programme and the Recovery Toolkit. Children & Young People's SupportOne to One Support in our office or in schools. Group programmes including STAR, Recovery Toolkit, Mentoring, Child to Parent Violence. Training & EduationWe provide training and education on domestic abuse issues, working with children and young people in schools, colleges and universities in Ceredigion, and training sessions to professionals from statutory and voluntary agencies.
