I cannot fault the service we received from Tania and Helen at West Wales Properties. Moving home can be quite stressful but every effort was made to make it less so for us. Always friendly and helpful, kept us informed throughout the process, handled all the complexities of a long chain efficiently and of course - the most important thing...they found us a buyer!! I certainly feel as though they went the extra mile for us and it made all the difference - would highly recommend them if you need an estate agent in this area.

I want to say how much I appreciate the hard work you all put together to make sure I got myself a home. Helen and her team know how to make sure things are done to get things moving. At the end of the day we just want to move house. They understood all my needs and made sure everything was done promptly so that I got into my house as quickly as possible. I am so glad I chose to use West Wales Properties. It was a difficult decision for me to make initially regarding the sale of my property in Tresaith. Both Tania and Helen were very understanding and took into account my feelings throughout the whole process. I did think that as I was living on the other side of the world that this transaction could have been a lengthy process, however I was wrong. Highest praise for Tania and the team - superb service! We had previously tried to sell our lovely house with the franchise who were 'attached' to West Wales properties - no success for 2 years. Thankfully the original West Wales properties took back control and within a couple of months our property was sold. Throughout this time we were constantly updated with friendly and informative phone calls and emails. Success! the house was sold and the whole process has gone smoothly. Helen and Tanya were wonderful. I was moving to the area under difficult personal circumstances and they were so supportive. Firstly, they listened to my requirements and preferences, and only suggested properties that fitted the bill - not the usual couldn't care less scattergun approach at all. I chose a property out of their area, but nevertheless they continued to be helpful at all times and stages of the stressful process. Communication was easy, personable, excellent and very pleasant. This agency was head and shoulders above all the others I had encounters with in West and Mid Wales; from a buyer's perspective. So many agents look after vendors and treat buyers very badly... which of course makes no sense at all. So I heartily recommend them, and would go so far as to suggest that if you are interested in a property for sale in an area that comes under a different office of West Wales Properties - still go via Cardigan. They really were totally excellent.
