Westbury Castle Description
This magnificent Grade 11 listed Castle was home to the Mostyn’s, one of the Great Families in the History of Wales, then inhabited by Nun’s for many years and now available for the first time, for you to enjoy!
You can have your very own Castle for an entire week or weekend and invite your Family and Friends to share it with you.
Westbury Castle can accommodate up to 24 Guests
It has 9 Bedrooms (3 with double sofa beds).
One of the Bedroom's is on the Ground Floor.

Westbury Castle is a really excellent place to hold your event. The guests at our wedding reception thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful rooms, gardens, and atmosphere. Janet, the host, is so lovely and helpful. The bedrooms are beautiful as well as comfortable, and the kitchen is a joy to cook in. Thoroughly recommended!
We stayed here last weekend for my wife's 40th with a load of friends and family including children of all ages. The castle is absolutely beautiful; the rooms are gorgeous and the facilities are excellent. The kids loved playing pool and running round the gardens, we lit the log fires and had a party in the kitchen!! The place was immaculate with all the facilities you could need for a fantastic and unique party experience or even for a break with family.
Can't wait to go back!!
We stayed at Westbury Castle last weekend for my husband’s 60th Birthday - this is the best place we have ever stayed in. The photos don’t do it justice! Janet the host was fantastic and helped to surprise my husband when he arrived. It was such a privilege to be able to stay in this amazing castle. I would definitely recommend this if you want to have the best time ever with family and friends.
We had the most wonderful weekend away at the castle with 8 families, the accommodation is truly beautiful; we loved the kitchen converted from the chapel, the massive log fires, the state dining room fit for a great dinner!! The children were all amazed they were staying in a castle and spent the weekend playing in the snooker room or hiding around the castle communicating with walkie talkies. Thank you Janet for being a great host!

Stayed here recently for 4 days with a big group and had the time of our lives - beautiful open fires, huge bedrooms, sea views, a Christmas tree and a knight in shining armour �Janet was always on hand if needed and really helpful and Dai the chef delivered feasts, want to come back asap x
Stayed for two nights and held our wedding reception there. Fantastic venue. Everyone lived it, including the dogs! The host is a delight! Highly, highly recommend.

Stayed at the castle last weekend for a 21st birthday celebration. The castle is stunning. We had the most amazing weekend, an added bonus was the weather was on our side so we were able to make the most of the beautiful grounds. It's spotlessly clean and very well equipped. I would highly recommend this venue.

I stayed there this weekend with about 27 other lovely people for my friends' STEN Do. It is an amazing place with lovely comfortable rooms. The weather helped to. I would thoroughly recommend this place!
Hosted 20 Lads for my brother's stag-do. The castle is incredible with great facilities and the pictures do not begin to do it justice. I arranged for Zorb football on the lawns, casino night in the morning/living rooms, Clay pigeon shooting nearby and the ever impressive (genuinely incredible) Chef Dai.
You can't fault the facility in any way, and the surrounding activities are plentiful. A fantastic place to host any occasion. All of my guests wanted to discuss returning for their own events, and when the chapel is finished it would be the perfect conference/wedding facility.
Janet is the most gracious host you can imagine, but is very accommodating to any needs. I would personally say that the castle will easily host 9 couples in the huge and regal bedrooms. Although there was easily capacity for up to 26 (if not more) should you start using sofa beds and smaller beds in the annex.

A wonderful place to stay. It looks even more stunning in person. Lovely touches throughout and Janet is an amazing host. The beds are so comfy! We were on a team trip away and it was a lovely stay. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Certainly want a re-visit.
