Westward Energy Services operate from modern open plan offices situated at Pontardawe in the Swansea valley. With a workforce of staff & service engineers numbering over fifty who are divided into two teams: one covering Domestic Contracts and the other covering our Commercial Contracts, all co-ordinated by a General Manager. Westward confines its activities to specific areas, focusing on service and maintenance contracts relating to domestic and commercial heating & plumbing / appliances / equipment / plant together with capital installation and central heating boiler replacements.

Westward offers particular expertise in the total project management of major Local Authority & Housing Association contracts, from installation to reactive calls, to planned annual landlords / service visits. We place great emphasis on the recruitment of local labour within our contract boundaries. Westward offers a 24 hour, 365- day call out service with all engineers carrying extensive stocks of high turnover spares.

We are currently maintaining heating system in over 19, 000 domestic properties across South Wales many of which we have managed over the last nine years All our gas engineers are fully-trained Gas Safe Engineers qualified to ACS (Accredited Certification Scheme) standards for gas operatives and Oil engineers to current OFTEC standards.
