Westway Surgery

Doctors I find ok can be unhelpful. Reception staff are generally quite rude and I think they forget they're not doctors. Contacted about a medical issue, received email with different information than what I told the receptionist. It is 10 min appointments but waited over 27 days for an appointment once went to my appointment and waited 45 minutes. Poster saying doctors can over run by 5 min but when 45 min late. Useless when I've waited 27 days!

Took 4 weeks to get an appointment then they were running late had to 45 mins longer than my appointment time no privacy at reception and was diagnosed wrong ended up in hospital getting treated

I don't like this doctors it my doctors and I was waiting last week beacuse I was very ill I put my name in on the bored to check in a I sat the for 3 hours I got that at 1.45 and my opponent was at 2 I did not get called
