Was looking forward to my first day off in 13 days, mega busy week treating neck pain, low back pain, knee problems, pelvic tilt problems, and lovely to have had one podiatry student and one sports massage therapist(Ash) in the clinic this week observing. Ash was pleased to see some of the techniques that I taught in the myofascial release and low back and sciatica course in action - yes what I teach I do use in real life here in the clinic! Had a call form a previous patient who was in trouble with her back, so a quick home visit to apply some kinesio-tape, and as she'd run out of a few groceries, a quick visit to the shop for a few items - all part of the service. It's great to have a job where you can genuinely help people. After 27 years I'm lucky to have a job I enjoy!

Thank you to all those who came on my Low back pain and Sciatica course with Teach Therapy today, a lovely group and I hope you had a fantastic day. I enjoyed all the questions, always great to go a bit off-piste and to see so many enthusiastic practitioners hungry to learn. Sciatica is such a common complaint and massage and mobilization can produce great relief from the pain.
