Not very good at all. If you want to slum it this is the place for you. Needs knocking down and building again. On a plus point the staff were friendly and nice.

You get what you pay for with this hotel, I had a single room which was spacious enough, the bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities are included in the room as well as a TV. Breakfast was OK, again you get what you pay for. It has a good location on right on the sea front and there is some parking at the rear of the hotel if you are lucky enough to get a spot. Great if you're looking for a cheap overnight stay.

I'm not really sure if this is a joke or not? The smell of urine the cigarette stumps left in my room accompanied by a large piece of human excriment left in the toilet when we first entered our room. The damp on the ceiling and the fact that in the photos they are using the front images of the hotel next store, please not The White House Hotel is the rusty, scruffy one to the left of the image. I walked to reception and it smelt of urine. The staff look very scruffy and dirty and do not present well at all.

I wondered whether this was some sort of social experiment or strange hidden camera show because you couldn't imagine a worser place to stay. My partner who booked the room came into me on day 2 a bit hysterical and in her words "Steve they have a cat chasing a rat around in the bar area"

Did not eat with the risk of food poisoning. We went for a stroll and when we walked outside a very nice young couple greeted us with smiles and said "what do you guys think of it" we all burst out laughing and my wife said it makes the Adams Family Home look like the Ritz.

I would avoid at all costs and if I had no other option but to stay there I would buy a sleeping bag and sleep in a doorway before staying here.

I'm still contemplating as to whether this was a TV show with hidden cameras because if it was the writers certainly have created a shocking, smelly, dirty and scruffy environment.

I am seriously disgusted beyond words but I firmly believe that if the owners and staff find the place suitable for guests it really isn't guests that need to be visiting it's a mental health team.

Before, I leave this review-CAN YOU GO AND BLEACH THE TOILET BY MAIN RECEPTION ITS DISGRACEFUL CHILDREN AND VUNERABLE ADULTS COULD GO IN THERE AND BE ENGULFED IN GERMS, SLIPS IN URINE OR FECES ON THEIR HANDS AND BODY.

Hurrendous. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Very basic rooms but got what we expected for the price/location. We juat wanted somewhere to lay our heads down and the bed was super comfy. We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on the food. Free parking was also an added bonus!

Think this hotel is in need of some work .the room we stayed in had tiles on the roof some were missing and damp patches on ceiling . The bathroom door looked like it had been quickly painted. Raidiator in bedroom needed re painting . Also at 1 min to ten someone let themselves into our room .the cleaner I think . Why not knock first to check ? At 8 a coach was outside with engine running for what seemed ages why would they not turn engine off so people could have a bit of a lie in . We didnt eat in hotel so carnt rate the food . The entertainment at night was ok we only saw last part of it . Lovely position but shame the bedroom was in need of some tlc
