These approaches can involve simply sharing opinions on perspective, exploration of personal case history to full cognitve therapy and remodelling behaviour patterns. All consultations fully comply with therapist /client confidence codes and are conducted in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Hypnotherapy involves investigating psychological conditions through induced relaxation techniques and positive visualisation /suggestion. It has proved extremely effective for thousands of years in altering consciousness and behaviour beneficially . It can be used to treat a wide range of conditions from quitting smoking, diet modification and removing phobias to increasing confidence, concentration and self esteem . Reiki is an ancient form of spiritual healing originating in Tibet that was rediscovered in Japan in the Nineteenth Century and has become extremely popular in the West over the last two decades. It involves the practitioner placing their hands on or above designated areas of the body to engage with the client's energy field. Balance through the chakra /endocrine system is then implemented in a very relaxed manner.
