Celebrating world Gin day tomorrow with the latest addition to our award winning bar range. Allow me to present “Gin-dulgence”. A blend of Gin and red berries. The juniper works really well with the red berries and cocoa. Lingers nicely on the palate. http://wickedlywelsh.co.uk/shop/gin-dulge nce-need-say/.

We went with my two young children and a friend and her young son last weekend and can honestly say we loved it. My son William and daughter Claudia got to join the chocolate making demonstration, and Will in particular was jumping for joy with excitement. Elen looked after us and was excellent (should I say, ardderchog!). Oh yes, and the chocolate (in all its forms - thoroughly recommend hot chocolates in the cafe and I am currently munching through a bar of dark chocolate with orange and cranberry - YUM!) is to die for.

We visited whilst on holiday with s group of 4 adults including a teenager. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were kindly given the family of 4 price which doesn't usually happen with us all being adults. We felt like the staff treated everyone the same and ensured everyone was included. The tour was very interesting and informative and included chocolate tasting. Two members of our party even tried the chocolate pizza making. Each thing costs different amounts but you are told about this as you enter the shop. Could work out expensive if you have young children and the shop is a little expensive. Only really half a day trip as the tour is only a hour. Also we went early and were in the first tour but it was getting very busy as we left. Would recommend and will visit again if we are ever that way as were on holiday.

User

We visited on the 08/04/17 for my mothers and sisters birthday. We had an absolutely amazing day. We decorated lots of different chocolates and tasted their hot chocolate from the cafe (which is delicious!!!), and were encouraged to taste their wide range of tasters!! We were made to feel welcome as soon as we entered! The talk was fascinating and we learnt a lot! It was made even more memorable as we were allowed to help with the demonstrations. The staff were very friendly and professional. I would recommend this to any one of any age xx

User

We had a fab day today making our chocolate bars and enjoying yummy hot chocolates. The owner was amazing and gave us a tour and spent time with us telling us about the chocolate which is Devine.

We will be back again next year

User

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, great tour and great with for children, the lady even included our 2 year old in the demonstration.

Kids loved making their own chocolate.

We were there for just over 2 hours.reasonably

Priced . overall very lovely day.thank you.

Popped in at the end of a shopping trip to Haverfordwest- jokingly asked if they were thinking about gin flavoured truffles only to get a taste testing session of what they hope will be a new range- lime and gin - delicious!! It may not look like much from the outside but it has a wonderful atmosphere when you step through the door

User

Lovely visit, enjoyed by all of our family. Especially the making/decorating your own chocolate bar. The hot chocolate in the cafe was sooo yummy and our little girl enjoyed her children's hot chocolate once it cooled. The young lad that was serving was friendly and really helpful. Highly recommend a visit if you like chocolate.

User

Lovely visit today, the talk was fascinating who knew there was so much involved with making chocolate. The hot chocolates were devine and you must try the chocolate pate. The staff are great too.

User

Had a great time here, originally planned to stay for the tour but were told there was a primary school class coming, we were given the option to join the tour with them but decided not to and just made our own chocolate bars and had hot chocolate. Staff were lovely, very friendly and chatty and the chocolate is so yummy!

User

Great! Absolutely brilliant, very informative and tasty . Rhys/Reece (Sorry not sure on spelling!) was great, very welcoming and kept our group happy. After the demonstration he served at the chocolate counter and then jumped on the café counter, he did well to look after us all. Cheers

User

Great visit to lovely local business that also makes delicious chocolate. Really knowledgeable staff/ tour and fab gifts to take home.

User

Amazing staff, very friendly and gave a fab demonstration. Kids really enjoyed getting to make their own chocolate bars. Thank you!

User

After visiting yesterday I can say the kids absolutely loved having a go at making chocolate bars/pizzas. We enjoyed a lovely coffee in the cafe while waiting for the chocolate to set in the fridge. We left with 3 different flavour chocolate bars and they are like heaven. So far I have tried a little of the coffee and biscuits one which I bought for my mum and have just sampled a little of the orange and honeycomb.

User

After having tried chocolate by another well known local company that left me utterly disappointed I thought I'd give this one a go. Me and my husband saw the stall at a local Christmas market and after having a good chat with the owener decided to buy a couple of bars. Well the smell coming from inside the packet was incredible! So far we have only tried one bar ( Rum & Raisin) but it was literally gone in minutes! Not only is the flavour absolutely astonishing, the texture ( something that the other company failed to deliver) with the chocolate just melting in your mouth is fantastic! We cannot wait to try the other two bars soon but I'm sure they will deliver equal pleasure . Well done Wickedly Welsh - you've definitely won the chocolate war!

User

We went here yesterday. We spent a couple of hours here. The staff are very friendly. The talk lasted about 45 minutes and it's quite interesting. The cafe and shop are full of lovely things to eat and drink. The kids made a chocolate bar each which was good fun. I would recommend doing that before you go into the talk so the chocolate can be cooling in the fridge. I would recommend visiting this place.

User

We came here after picking up a leaflet on the place. Our initial reaction was disappointment at the size as the leaflet led us to believe it would perhaps be larger? However we were greeted by albeit busy but friendly staff and made delicious, super sweet hot chocolates with lashings of cream and marshmallows! My 5 year old loved making and decorating his own chocolate bar and we bought tickets for the demo. Reece led the demonstration and was upbeat and engaging, getting the kids involved, the chocolate handed out at the end was a nice touch and certainly encouraged us to purchase some delicious treats in the shop afterwards. All in all not quite what we were expecting but friendly and fun for a couple of hours on a wet afternoon, especially if you have a sweet tooth as my family do!

User

I'd read mixed reviews before our visit but was pleasantly surprised. Not a huge place I grant you but mum, neice & nephew - the lover of all things sweet & chocolatey had a great visit. I understand not being able to step inside the factory but maybe in the future the demonstrations could be even more hands on. Spent a bomb on choccy gifts to take home ants even though it's lovely chocolate it is a little pricey.

User

Went to the factory at 3:15pm yesterday walked in all tables and chairs was put away so asked if we could make a chocolate bar or pizza to which the young girl said yes but literally dragged her feet over to the counter.

Had our chocolate from the machine to pour into the mould which obviously had been switched off as we poured it it set.

So wat was ment to be a nice time was actually 5mins as the chocolate set so quick we didn't need to put it in the fridge.

We asked what time did they shut to which the girl relied 4:30pm so they had another hour to go yet everything was packed away felt a bit awkward as it felt like they was waiting to close such a shame as we would of spent more money and stayed for drinks

User

I bought some of these peoples chocolate in a tourist shop. What awful stuff, firstly virtually no chocolate in it, just some chocolate smeared around the mould, then some muck partly made of biscuit crumb for bulk that was supposed to be mint but hardly taste of it and then to desceive the stupid English tourist chocolate smeared around the back (a few microns thick) to make it look like a good oll mix of chocolate and mint paste. Tasteless much that cost £4 per bar. I'll remember next time I'm in wales I'll not buy nothing as this just took the piss.
