Well i thought they were a gen shop i put a deposit down on a supposedly 3yr old harliquin macaw but my friend enquired the week before he was told it was 7yr old
When i asked i was told 3yr old again but pulled out of purchase as the bird took a huge chunk out of my partners arm cause if a boy lee in store grabbing and man handling the bird out of its cage when clearly it didnt want to be bothered as was squarking and making distressed sounds .....to see the bird advertised on free ads as 7yr old very dishonest of them i asked age twice and was lied to twice

After care here is appalling and if I'd known how fast the attitudes would of changed once monies had changed hands I would never have dealt with this ammature pet shop.. Basically run by a bunch of inbreds.. The hills have eyes got nothing on this place....

I'm sure this is a lovely pet shop. I'd come to Wales to visit the birds ... Saturday 3.10pm and the shop was closed even though here it says open till 7pm. Gutted .... Hope to visit another day but it's a long way from Wiltshire.

The parrots here are all hand reared cuddly tame babies , a Facebook page wildheart pets and aquatics not only show pictures of the lovely birds but all reviews from customers who actually bought one of their baby birds, this is where you need to go for accurate reporting on their birds. They are fully licenced and all their birds are regularly checked. They have no problem with you checking with Newport council animal welfare for verification of their authentication. Their birds are weaned and fed on the pellet diet as well as seeds and fruit and veg. They have just extended their aquatic we section and have a large selection of Goldwater and tropical fish. But you really do need to visit and see for your yourself to appreciate the hard work and dedication these people have for all the birds and fish in their care.
