Good service, fair prices and I've never had anything but positive experiences dealing with their helpful and knowledgeable staff..Its my window cleaning supplier of choice

I see by your quick response that you do care about your reviews.
When I spoke to you on the phone you could not care less that was an item missing. I take on board your terms and conditions but as a customer my terms are that I like to receive items that I have paid good money for (£81). If you had dealt with this properly on the phone then you would have had a happy repeat customer. Very short sighted on your behalf.

Ordered 2 membrains but only 1 turned up. I opened the box to find this out after 14days. They will not send me the missing one.
I consider myself as a good customer to WCW over the years.
In theory they have Stolen £81.60 from me.

Always a fab service, excellent delivery always great prices too would not buy our window cleaning products any where else but from here.

Have used WCW for 3 years now but finding that their prices are getting bit daft especially delivery charges on small items, cleaning spot is £7 cheaper for a moermann combinator for example

ordered a dozen squeegee rubbers for dly by post Thursday afternoon. In my hands before 9.30 am Friday! if that isn't startlingly great service i don't know what is!!
