Have been to Windsor Barbers about four times now, seeing a different member of staff each time - and have always left impressed by the service/cut quality. The staff are all very polite, helpful and patient. I've recommended them to all my mates in the area.

Have been going to Windsor Barbers for a while now and I couldn't think of changing to a different barber at this point! Excellent service, great cuts and always a pleasure to go. Worth every penny!

Fresh cut today and a great pre-shave thrown in. Great barbers in central Cardiff - always treated very well and highly professional. A full range of professional services delivered to a high standard. Take some time out and go for the traditional hot towel shave in addition to your haircut. Good job and happy to recommend.

I have been visiting Windsor Barbers for over ten years. It is without doubt the best barbers in the city and, in my view, no other place comes close to it. It has a combination of high level of competence and luxury treatment.

I went to Windsor Barbers as a friend recommended it. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Everyone was friendly, great vibes and more importantly they did an amazing job. Lauren shampooed my hair and Sarah cut my hair. They were both perfect!

Highly recommend!

Rude , obnoxious, overpriced
Came here with my partner - he had a haircut and hot towel shave! The whole experience from start to finish for both of us was uncomfortable. The husband / wife management duo were rude, obnoxious and embarrassing. They came across as desperate! They were highly rude to their own staff, and slagged off members of the public to clients as they walked through the door and walked out when they found out the price! Which might I add is ridiculously OVERPRICED. £100 for a gents hair cut... jog on. After you've sat uncomfortably for 45 minutes you will then be forced and pressured to buy a load of nonsense products... ohh and even if you live in a different country, you will be booked in for another appointment for 4 weeks time, despite telling them you won't be here , they tell you 'just ring up and cancel' how about don't book it in the first place! You will also not be listened to one bit, because obviously the owner with the dodgy hair cut knows best?! Come on guys, just cool down on the desperate!

In response:
The treatment at the time was all singing all dancing... however when you get home and realise it looks like it's been cut with shears in someone's back garden it becomes an issue... maybe give your clients 2 minutes to look at their hair before giving your boring sales pitch and getting them out the door

I don't need to sit and argue with you or your wife, your reviews speak volumes for what a shower of sh** business your running.

And please stop messaging my partner from your personal account asking him to ask me to remove them! He agrees with me , he's the one that's been stuck with the abortion of a haircut!

Great service and attention to detail. Staff couldn't be more attentive. Professional service and friendly atmosphere. Recommended.

The barbers are fine, and generally offer a good service.

The Director (Paul Harris), it seems, frequently invites people into his chair, doesn't inform them of his price and takes them to the till, forcing them to pay an extortionate amount of money for a haircut that can be acquired anywhere else for a much more reasonable price.

He does all of this under the guise that Windsor Barbers are the "best in the UK"... I'm not sure anybody is gullible enough to believe that. It's about as credible as your local Turkish fast-food shop owner displaying a "best kebabs in all of the UK" poster.

There's an incredibly aggressive sales pitch at all parts of the haircut. The barbers aren't frightened to (surely) fabricate things to push you towards buying:
"Oh, your scalp looks inflamed, buying x will help"
"Oh no, your hair is a little dry, y will surely rid you of that dreadful and life-debilitating illness"

And to top it all off, if you attempt to dispute anything, you are handled with aggression and anger.

There are much more reputable barbers around Cardiff that offer the same standard of cuts, with a more relaxed atmosphere and free drinks, if that's your catch.

After all, cutting hair isn't exactly open heart surgery (as the Director seems to think), really, the customer is paying for the environment.

You can find out everything you need to know about how customer service is handled (and, by extension, how you'll be treated) by reading the replies to the reviews here. According to the Director, Windsor Barbers has the highest in-take of customers suffering from amnesia in the UK.

Dreadful establishment.

Without doubt the best barbers in Cardiff. Great location, professional staff who are friendly and knowledgeable. The team were able to offer a wide range of services and were supported by a broad product range that made the visit feel special. Blown away by the the immaculate finish of both the barber shop and the end result, which has led me to write this five star review. I would highly recommend Windsor Barbers to any gent looking to treat themselves at a top class barbers.
