Where do I start, first of all Carly you are so sweet, from the first time I contacted you you were so genuinely interested in my cake ideas and what I wanted. You made every stage easy and nothing was too much trouble! It was nice working with someone who makes cakes all the time but was so exited and actually was interested in what we wanted for our day! It looked unreal!! I can’t thank you enough for all you did for us both! I wish you all the success I’m sure your lovely business will keep growing � I don’t think I could go anywhere elaw now for my cakes ��

I’ve always been a fan of her wonderful cakes, but the birthday cake I ordered for my partner’s 30th Birthday celebrations was absolutely incredible!



We went for a fully loaded drip cake with white chocolate and raspberry, topped with lots of yummy treats (the Kinder eggs were a personal highlight!) and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all our friends and family �

Well, I am truly blown away! What a utterly fantastic weekend, learning all things cake, with the wonderful Carly. I have been wanting to do one of her courses for so long, why on earth didn’t I do it sooner!

I can’t tell you how much she has taught me over two days, Carly - you are incredible, and far too modest! You’d think she would like to hold back on some of the “tricks of the trade” but quite the opposite, every question was answered to detail (and trust me, there were more than a few).

So, I have come away with the most amazing cake, did I really make that?! And I feel Totally inspired.

I really cannot wait to do another class, hopefully sooner rather than later!

When we first went to Carly we came up with an idea of a cupcake tower, however after discussion we decided to go with the normal 3 tiered cake. All I had to go on was a drawing and some ideas but yesterday when I saw my cake for 1st time I was absolutely blown away. Carly made it so much better than I ever could have imagined. I can't thank her enough for adding to what was an absolutely truly magical day. Carly you are an absolute star and one in a million. Than you so much. And the flavours are bloody gorgeous �

Thank you Carly for the amazing cake you made for my wedding 27/08/17. When i first visited you and tasted your sample cakes i thought you were amazing, but when i saw the cake you made for my wedding and how beautiful it looked i knew you were exceptional. You matched the ombre ruffles perfectly, without even seeing the exact colour scheme! The cake didn't just look amazing but tasted gorgeous as well, and everyone commented on the amazing flavours! Thank you so much for such a wonderful cake! xxx

Thank you Carly for my simply stunning wedding cake , better than I imagined tasted amazing! Unbelievably talented at creating the most beautiful wedding cakes. All the guests commented on the taste !! The strawberry and champagne flavour went before I had chance to try it! The chocolate and salted caramel was to die for! I was sat in bed at 3am eating a piece �

We fetched the small top tier home which I’m so glad I did!

A week has gone by since our big day and the cake has all gone everyone has commented on how lush it tasted most saying it's the nicest cake they've had! We had 3 different flavours raspberry & vanilla, chocolate salted caramel and sticky toffee!

Sticky toffee being our bottom tier and definitely my fave!��

I was lucky enough to attend one of Carly's two day classes where Carly, very patiently helped me improve my skills with ganaching, covering and stacking a three tier cake to the highest standard with perfect clean sharp edges. I also learned how to create a beautiful sugar rose, peony anemone and filler flowers and how to attach them to the cake. I have to say the class was so much fun and Carly is professional and very good at keeping the class on time yet fun and friendly. I will most definitely be returning for more classes as soon as Carly is able to fit more in! Thank you so much Carly I am currently obsessed with looking at my sugar flowers! �

I had a blush and white 4 tied wedding cake and a sweet table including cupcakes and cake pops!! Not only did they look amazing but tasted incredible too! Would definitely recommend Carly at Wish Upon a Cupcake! X
