Weve been here a good few times and always enjoyed it foods always lovely but yesterday we had our daughters 4th birthday party here with family and it couldnt of gone any better ella had an amazing time as did all the other children, all the staff where lovely and helpful but daz who looked after our party was great wanna say a massive thank you for all he done he went above an beyond to make sure everything was perfect thanks mate u made ellas day lovely place with lovely ppl thanks x

We come all the time but never reviewed we went to a party today it was great, Daz was amazing with the kids & even included my other child in the fun. Also thank-you to Steph for sorting an ice pack when my child banged his head. xx

The kids all had a fab time from start to finish, and we felt it was the easiest kids party we have ever hosted!



Our only regret...I wish we had taken you up on the added extra of a special balloon sculpture - the light saver that was made for the Birthday Boy was AWESOME, and having seen Daz's balloon skills, I would encourage anyone to take up the extra sculpture option - we certainly will next time :)

My son has his 5th Birthday Party at wizz kidz queensferry I would like to say a big thank you to Daz and the team for putting on such a good Birthday party this weekend.

My little girl had her 4th birthday party today at Queensferry wizz kids an she had a great time�� the staff were great an daz is brilliant with the kids. If any parents are thinking of booking a party here I highly recommend it

My little girl had her 4 th birthday party here today I would like to say a big thank you all the children had a fantastic time was well organised and really good value for money the staff are so friendly and nothing was too much trouble can’t recommend enough for birthday parties �

My little boy had his 4th birthday party here on Saturday! Can’t recommend the place enough. Excellent value for money and professional, attentive staff! Thank you �

My little boy Theo had a nerf party today and I can’t thank Amy enough she went above and beyond for Theo and his friends and the staff at wizz kids dealt with an incident we had whilst there very well they were very professional highly recommend

My daughter had her 5th Birthday Party here on Sunday. It was fantastic! The kids had a great time and Daz was amazing and kept all the kids entertained. Thanks so much �

Had my daughter's 5th birthday party at Wizz Kidz Saltney on 11th May and all the staff were great. Taylor was a fab party host and everyone had a brilliant time especially my daughter!

Brilliant fun place for the children. Arrangement of the climbing structures was open so its easy to see what and where children are. Adult friendly too so not out of bounds for carers of children. It has a disco room, sensory room, large open toddler area that is very suitable for their growing development as well as the larger structures for older children. Table & chairs are spaced about. Amy a staff member needs a special mention as she was outstanding with the children during a ," decorate a gingerbread man" session. She had understanding of individual child's development & responded accordingly. All staff were helpful, polite and everywhere was kept clean and quickly tided away & cleaned all areas. Even washing by grandsons dish & spoon for me. Highly recommend and will definitely go again as the children loved it.

Amazing all 4 kids had a ball , customer services amazing well done ..and the food was fresh and hot ....so thank YOU for a great after noon x

We travelled up there from the Midlands took my grandson who lives up that way had great fun staff were friendly lots of kids there playing nicely I have only 1 complaint I get it's for kids but I took my 89 yr old mother in law so she could see her grand kids to she uses a wheelchair to get about in when we used the disabled toilet and baby changing room I found it very difficult to get in there with the wheelchair as there was 2 baby changing tables in there 1 witch came down from the wall and the other free standing 1 is there the need to have both in the same toilet ?

My little boy loves it here, I can't get him to leave and we come every every couple of weeks. However Today I ordered a cup of tea and piece of toast while he was playing. I was sat near the kitchen. I heard the cook scraping the burnt bits of my toast, it looked and tasted awful. Rock hard and black. I didn't eat it!

In essence it’s a nice little soft play, however parents who view these places as an opportunity to let their little “darlings” run riot whilst they stare blankly into their phones ruin it. My 3 year old nephew was shoved into a barrier and told that’s what he gets after he had tapped a much older boy on the hand whilst trying to move past him. the boys mother was not at all bothered. complained to your staff about the issue, they spoke to the other mother and assured us they had told her to watch her child... she did not. First and last time we will be coming. We Go to soft plays all over the place never have an issue not even in busier ones like bubbles world of play.

HELD TO RANSOM !!! I took my son to a party, my 11 year old daughter was with me but was not there to play.

I was given three options at the entrance gate (1) Pay £5.25 for her to enter (2) Leave my son there and pick him up later (3) Take both children home.

So ended up paying for her to sit on a couch for 2 hours.

I’ve emailed the owner and his simple response was ‘that’s company policy’. Very very disappointed.
