Wok To Walk

Staff was nice and I got a quick and easy fix for my hunger!

I visited Wok To Walk with my friends in the early hours of Sunday morning and was absolutely disgusted with the customer service and attitude of the staff.
My friend was the only one to order food in this establishment and so the rest of us were waiting around whilst the food was prepared.
It is necessary to single out the sheer rudeness of a particular member of staff, who later told me his name was 'Filip' (possibly with an alternative spelling). I was astounded at his poor attitude and lack of customer services skills, and for no apparent reason.
Unfortunately, I believe the staff possibly categorise every customer at this time of morning as drunk and incoherent (neither of which we were) and therefore we were treated with utter disregard and contempt.
Sadly, my friend commented afterwards that the food was actually of a high standard, however we wouldn't ever recommend this Wok To Walk due to the treatment we received at the hands of the staff at this particular establishment.

I have eaten here many times without a problem but visited this evening with a friend and was extremely disappointed.

Our containers were a good 40mm below the top and when I complained I was greated with a shrug and a smirk.

The people on the next table also took took theirs back and complained but were dismissed.

I'll never eat here again. Their complete and utter couldn't care less attitude was appalling.

Way better than the awful tastes of Wok To Go or something. Very nice taste, cheap and easy! Recommended!

Very good place. Not to expensive, around 6 pound, and the portion are fine.
