Had an brow treatment with Margaret. Absolutely love my brows now. She listened to me and gave me exactly what I asked for. Very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

I went in for a price list and left with my dream nails. The whole experience was so awesome. Felt like I was getting ready with friends. The atmosphere is amazing, never had so much fun getting my nails done. Looking forward to my next visit. So nice to actually be smiling coming out of a salon for a change. Thanks Olla :D

Further to the response which I have attached a photo. I did call the salon you gave me £20 off and then I came back in after having them done another time and you told me you would re do them as even the manager could see they were appalling, Which I accepted, when I had that appointment they just wanted to get me out quickly which is when you stuck clusters on. No need to deny it I have photo evidence. Then I came back for infills to be told by Gabby one of your lash artists that I have clusters on!!!! Which I then said well you are the ones that put them on my eyes when I asked for Russian.

None of you have any idea what you are doing and all the manager seems to say is ‘it’s fine’ ‘we’ll sort it’, every single one of you are rude and you’d be stupid to visit this salon.

Plus the majority of new reviews are done by the employees as you have gone so far down hill no one has anything good to say.

Especially the responses to bad reviews? Shocking how you still have a business standing. Especially after everything going years back.

Absolutely love Wonderland Nails. I have been going to this salon for 5 years, for Manicures, Pedicures and eyebrows. Their prices are great for the professional treatment they supply. The staff are very friendly, and can be trusted to give you exactly what you want. I have recommended Wonderland Nails to all my friends and all have been as pleased as me, and re booked for further treatments

This place is amazing! If you're looking for a clean, nice, and trendy salon, this is the place to go. The staff is super nice and friendly and they offer you tea when you first get seated. They do a great job with manicures, pedicure, eye brow threading, and waxing so they are the perfect full-service salon. A definite must for anyone looking for a nice salon to get pampered at. Highly recommended.

Would like to thank the lovely lady who done my nails today in Wonderland. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she was blonde with an arm tattoo.

She was very professional and paid attention to every fine detail. I've never been to a salon who have taken so much time in the small details especially when it comes to nails often, I've been to many other salons in Cardiff and come away with a wonky nail, or one much shorter than the other but this lady took her time and made sure they were all perfect and how I wanted them.

It's nice to finally find a salon who do proper gel nails as well not "fake gel" like the Chinese salons and their a great price to for how much work goes into them.

Would definitely reccommend this salon, the staff are friendly and the prices are great.

I just wanted to leave a review to say I had great service here. They had a good colour selection. They did great job on my mani pedi, I saw them put tools into and take them out of the autoclave, I saw them clean the pedi rub after the girls next to me left.
I'll definitely go back here.

I really am amazed at the work Meg did on my nails. I have been coming here for a few months I found my new Salon for sure. Thanks girls.

I've just been to the salon today, as a regular customer who had been to the salon on several previous occasions but with different staff who have now left. I was absolutely disgusted at the attitude of Agnieska towards me. No business owner in their right mind would employ such a person. It's absolutely crazy that such a person would even be employed in a sector which requires customer service and interpersonal skills - all of which she is abysmally devoid! All she did was bark and grunt at me during the appointment, she was rude, uncivilised and lacked the most basic customer service skills. I simply wanted to have reassurance about the use of drills on my nails as I've had bad experiences with them in the past and my nails are very thin. Immediately she was on the defensive, unwilling and completely hostile towards me for daring to question how they do things. She then 'threw her toys out of the pram', switched her light off and stormed off from her desk, refusing to do my nails at all. Another person then have intervened and after sometime she came back, though with a face like a slapped kipper! She then continued her childish, hostile attitude towards me throughout the appointment. When I had any query about the design or anything, I was rudely barked at. Is this place a serious business or what?

Ultimately being in that salon is a seriously unpleasant experience. When I have been there in the past I have tolerated the oppressive, frosty atmosphere created by the staff because I was satisfied with the result. However this time it was also a disappointing result as Agnieska sulked like a moody teenager throughout the appointment which resulted in a sloppy job. Needless to say I still had to pay for the pleasure!!

When you go in there you feel like you're being stared down by a bunch of "mean girls" in a high school canteen! Talk about giving the 'evil eye' to customers! Friendliness, making the customer feel relaxed and welcome - err what's that?!

Another important thing they should bear in mind is that there are many people in the UK who are now 3rd generation Polish who may understand or have some knowledge of Polish. So holding conversations and making nasty, snide comments, complaining about customers to each other in Polish isn't really a smart idea as they don't know which of their customers may understand something of what they are saying! Very unprofessional!

They've just lost a regular customer who was willing to spend money in that business. They made me feel like I was a burden to them, that I was asking them to do me a favour for free, like I was an imposition on their free time. Worse still when I questioned the use of the drill which is well-documented to be controversial in the removal of gel polish, (all the main gel polish manufacturers caution against it and recommend a soak off) they refused to enter into any discussion with me, instead they threatened to terminate my appointment and send me away.

Do not use this salon, they don't value your custom. They don't want your business, it is too much work for them, too much trouble, you're an imposition on them. You're not welcome!
