Woodlands Hotel

Lovely friendly guesthouse. We were welcomed with delicious home made cake and home made bread, jams and marmalade were included in the breakfasts. Not far from the centre and the beach but up a steep hill if you have to walk back but we took a taxi back which was very reasonable. Sea views from the rooms at the front of the property but we had a room at the back with a view of the garden. Owners have not been there long and are closing soon for a refurbishment so could possibly be even better next season but we were very happy with our stay.

Oh wow. We've stayed in many places " posher " than this but the cleanliness and Sue n Daves attentive care was the best. Normally in a b n b you want lunch but I defy anywhere to better Sue's breakfast. Homemade 🍞 every morning the homemade jam is so moreish Sue puts your name on your own pot jam ( or 2 ).They r a lovely couple n we've booked to go again !!
