Woodside Grange is an independent and long-established care residential home located in Rhos-on-Sea, North Wales. We provide high quality care tailored to each resident’s individual needs.

Our staff are well-motivated and highly-trained with a wealth of experience in the care profession. Residents are thus assured of privacy, independence and dignity supported by the highest possible standards of sympathetic professional care.

The ethos at our home is, and always has been, to create an environment for our residents that makes them feel like this really is their home.

The transition of moving out of their own home to a care home is always very difficult and we strive to make it as easy and comfortable as possible.

Once a new arrival has moved in our staff will make sure they are made to feel comfortable and do everything they can to help them settle in to their new environment. This is strictly enforced by our management team and our staff know they must go above and beyond in their job roles and they never disappoint with this.
