Not bad but can't get mince meat only joints of meat

Lovely showroom very helpful staff. You can tell they are commission based sales people as they are so keen.
I think more companies should take a leaf from Wrens book.

Designed a kitchen friendly staff but high pressure sales plenty of follow up calls bought kitchen elsewhere

Lets just say if i knew then what i know now i wouldnt have chosen wren.

After approximately 8 visits by my wife to this store to finalise the kitchen, We booked a holiday to get away from the house while the kitchen was being fitted ..only to be told whilst we're away by my own kitchen fitter that nothing fits ..plus he wants extra payments for the extra time he's taken trying to fit the kitchen. ...Great !!
All the blame is being put on the person who measured it up apparently. .

Not impressed with the sales technique. To be quoted £6k for a tiny kitchen and only have a choice between white and cream units is pretty poor.

Left my partner to work out her dream kitchen with Martin from Cardiff gate showroom whilst went to sort out Saturday stuff. Called me multiple times asking when I would return. (Which is totally out of character for a normally very independent person). On my return found my partner extremely stressed and quite upset by the experience. Suggested Martin was quite unhelpful and not very supportive in helping to mould her dream kitchen. We actually stumbled across Wren after visited both Magnet and Wickes kitchens and not finding the style we were after. The website suggested an amazing experience with helpful creative design staff, which to an extent is what we had experienced so far. Unfortunately the experience my partner faced trying to work with Martin was like "She was wasting his time". He requested exact measurements althought the website suggested for the initial meeting only rough measurements are needed a exact measurements are taken by the design during the home visit by the designer.

What added insult to the experience is currently we have a completely blank canvas, as we are in the middle of a complete renovation. The only none moveable parts are 2 walls and a set of bi-folds, leaving the designer free reign to place appliances anywhere with the space. Yet throughout the experience my partner was made to "feel stupid" and constantly asked where she wanted things to go. Which defeats the purpose sitting with the designer in the first place. In the end she ended coming up with a layout produced from a competition company, and most probably due to the experience we may well go for an alternative kitchen simply based on the appalling experience received today! What a way to end 2016! Thanks Wren.

I went for an appointment and when asked what quotes I had already received, on telling them the amount of £1500, i was told that they would not be able to meet that price for the gray gloss kitchen for 8 units, after looking the design room in the shop the for £1572.00. The words were that she hadn't actually sold for less than £2500.

The customer service was disgusting I feel and have told anyone who would listen how rubbish they were. Also it states outside they will beat any quote!!! What a load of Rubbish!
