Original van not road worthy , took 30 mins to replace it , then ran late all day got the van back with 5 mins Spare having only done 24 miles , didn't have time to put the couple of quid in the tank , and despite all of the above they still charged me 24 pound refuelling - and had to listen to some small and rather insignificant female tell me how she would have charged me 30 quid refuelling ( cheeky moo )
Only rated 3 star as van was actually pretty decent .
Won't be returning

Was a bit wary of using them after some experiences at a big-name hire firm. The van had a couple of bumps and bruises but as they are driving 24/7 I came expecting that. Top service and friendly staff. Will use again.
