Technical Services are currently aware of a disruption to the network on campus which is affecting the following services – telephones, internet (including Wi-Fi), email, printing & access to network drives.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused; we are working to resolve this and will provide an update as soon as we can.

The printing issue has now been resolved. Again, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We're having issues with the print servers on the Plas Coch campus and Regent St site, we hope to have them resolved soon.

There are issues with network services currently due to an external fault affecting several sites. Our partners are working to remedy these problems as soon as possible.

We're having issues with signing into myuni.glyndwr.ac.uk: you can still access Moodle through moodle.glyndwr.ac.uk , and student mail through outlook.com

Access through MyUni.glyndwr.ac.uk should be working as normal now. Apologies for the service disruption.

For users having issues logging into Moodle, if you login with the link in the very top right of the screen it will work.
The login button lower down is currently not working properly.

We're currently performing some maintenance to remedy the issues experienced with the single sign on systems.
Unfortunately, this may lead to issues with accessing Student e-mail and resource finder (library catalogue).
We hope to have these issues resolved shortly.

Everybody should be able to log into single sign-on services (Moodle, Myuni, Student mail, etc) remotely again. We apologise for the disruption caused, and regret that further temporary disruption may occur over the next few days while the issues are resolved.

There's a nationwide issue with the system we use to log into the myuni.glyndwr.ac.uk portal page, but you can temporarily log into moodle directly at moodle.glyndwr.ac.uk

We will be closing at 12noon on Friday 22nd December and will reopen at 8.45am on 2nd January 2018. Don't forget L100 and L100ENG will be open from 08:00 to 00:00 throughout the holiday period.

NOTICE: The Library will be closing at 4 PM today due to the poor weather conditions. We hope to be open as usual from Tuesday onwards.
IT Labs in the Edward Llwyd building will be open as usual until Midnight.

Christmas & New Year Opening Times:
Monday 18th December to Thursday 21st December - 08.45 to 21.00 Friday 22nd December - 08.45 to 12.30 Saturday 23rd December to Monday 1st January - CLOSED... Tuesday 2nd January - 08.45 to 21.00
Then back to normal hours.
Remember, the IT Labs in the Edward Llwyd Building are open 08.00 - 00.00 EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR. Entrance by ID card swipe outside of normal library hours.
