Pub-goers can now once again drink a pint of Britain's first and oldest lager as the Wrexham brand was revived in 2011.
Wrexham Lager is a brewery in Wrexham, North-East Wales, that has produced alcoholic drink for more than 120 years. A new hi-tech brewery opened in 2011 in the heart of Wrexham, after the original closed in 2000. Wrexham Lager made a comeback on 29 October 2011 at the Buck House Hotel in Bangor-on-Dee, Wrexham. The Roberts family who restarted WXM Lager are using the original ingredients from which it was first brewed in the 1970's.

A great weekend at Food and Drink Wales.
Welsh producers showcased and sampled a selection of their finest local food and drink delicacies as part of the annual ‘Light Up’ festivities at the Brussels Schuman Event.
A great weekend was had by all with a taste or two of Wrexham’s finest brew!
Wrexham Lager has set up its bar at the Shrewsbury Oktoberfest. This Friday 5-10pm, Saturday 11am- 10pm and Sunday 11am- 5pm. There are many improvements from the first Oktoberfest 2017 so come and visit the Wrexham Lager bar and speak to the team to see if there is an opportunity of placing Wrexham Lager on your bar.

The Llangollen Eisteddfod started today and is fully stocked with WXM Lager!
So make the most of the weather and enjoy the best of local and international music with a refreshing Welsh pint.
The Shrewsbury Food Festival is on this weekend, and WXM Lager will be on hand to keep you refreshed!
The festival takes place in the Quarry Park and around the town, on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th June.
And have no fear football fans! ... There will be a huge screen TV to watch the England match on Sunday.
This weekend is set to offer the biggest Shrewsbury Food Festival yet!
More demo stages, more music and of course, more food and drink. A new BBQ Stage will also feature competitive cooking from teams across the UK.
Extra children's activities and entertainment will be available for the whole family, including activities such as Nerf Wars, Bubble Football, Giant Games, Go Karts and an exciting Prison Escape!
