What a dealership, superb from first point of contact to picking up our new Tiguan today, our salesman Youssef was top notch, in all the years of motoring and buying cars I’ve never come across a nicer guy to deal with, absolutely nothing was too much trouble, a friend made and a credit to VW Wrexham.

We recently purchased the wife’s Toureg from the dealership. We dealt with harry who was fantastic from start to finish, explaining everything clearly. A friendly helpful character is Harry, a credit to the dealership. Overall experience was great, I get my own company car serviced here too and have never had any concerns. Would highly recommend the dealership due to their professionalism but most of all the friendly service offered. Many thanks again guys

Took my vw caddy for emissions to be done had me coffee no biscuits thou staff were polite and helpful only took just over half hour

My daughters windscreen washers weren't working on her polo, so we called in at 4.30 on the evening of 30th December. The service dept fitted us in at 9 a.m the following morning, New Year's Eve. New fuse fitted, complimentary wash and vacuum, fresh screen wash and a screen ice scraper thrown in, all whilst we enjoyed fresh coffee and biscuits!! Saved the day as my daughter was travelling back to Leeds that evening. Excellent service, couldn't be faulted. 5 star treatment, thank you so much.

I had the best experience ever buying my very first volkswagen! The whole team was lovely and helpful threw each progress. Phil was excellent he listened to everything I had to say about what type of car I wanted, price range the lot and on Tuesdays I picked up my VW Polo GT.. I'm totally made up with car � I will be recomending wrexham vw to everyone �

I bought my car elsewhere but recently moved to Wrexham so I've been using these guys for servicing etc. I've found that the customer service is excellent. For example, while I was waiting for my car to have the brake fluid replaced and a complimentary wash and vac, a man in his 70's came and sat next to me along with a brew, biscuits and chocolate (supplied by VW) waiting for his car to be serviced & MOT'd. Shortly after, someone came over and informed him that his service & MOT was not due for another 3 months. Instead of making the man feel uncomfortable and highlighting his mistake like most places would, they kindly reminded him that this was not a problem and insisted that while he relaxes with his brew etc. they will complete a full health check, wash & vacuum his car at no cost.

Small things like this keep the customers going back...
