I would never use Wrexham Volkswsgon again. I was horrified at the way we were spoken to by Lauren Phillips who booked our car in for service. Having been sold the service plan last year even though the car has changed hands to my son who lives in London
He had to take it there for the service. I rang today to ask it the 2 m o ts that were part of the deal could be done at another garage becsuse I no longer haf the car was told by her that she couldnt help it if I didnt still hsve the car snd no I couldnt have the mots done elswhere, after being pressed she did say I could tske it to Crewe. I told her i did not like the way she spoke to me and also her attitude when we took the car in for service. She said have you just phoned to abuse me.and put the phone down I certainly would never use Wrexham VW again
