Wow! What an amazing experience I had at Wynter Isabelle. I was so nervous about finding my dress due to my short stature, I thought it was going to be a mission for sure!

Jess was amazing made it so easy. She is absolutely lovely really down to earth and was there at every step.

She has a lot of experience and knows what will look good on her brides.. what I particularly liked she give great advice if the dress looked good but also said when the dress wasn't right not just looking for a quick sale.

Wow! What an amazing experience I had at Wynter Isabelle. I was so nervous about finding my dress due to my short stature and a curvature of the spine. I thought it was going to be a mission for sure! But Jess made it so easy. She is absolutely lovely and is there at every step. She has a lot of experience and knows what will look good on her brides (she will suggest some dresses if you get stuck). I honestly thought that finding my dress would take months but in the end, it just so happened to be the second dress I tried on. Result!

So pleased to finally be able to like this page and share my experience with everyone on here now that our wedding day has (happily and sadly) been and gone.



Jess could not have been more helpful from the very beginning. We saw the dress that I ultimately chose to wear on the catwalk at a local wedding show, and on learning that I live in Australia and had limited time available Jess stayed open late for my mum and I to come to Wynter Isabelle for an appointment the same day. We were warmly welcomed and I felt at ease immediately.



We soon agreed to 'say yes to the dress with Jess's and knowing I would be back in the country only a few short months later she arranged early delivery for me to allow time for fitting. The dress arrived as expected and Jess continued to be supportive and professional throughout the whole experience.



Thank you so much for helping to make the scariest decision of the wedding the easiest, and paving the way for a fantastic day.

I had a prestige appointment with Jess this afternoon and it was a wonderful experience. She made it so relaxing and special for me and my guests.



Absolutely beautiful array of dresses in the shop and along with cake and prosecco made for a fantastic setting.



After trying on a few dresses I found one that was everything I wanted and more. Jess talked through each dress and the fittings and her expertise is second to none. She can also perfectly match her dresses to the wide range of beautiful tiaras, veils and jewellery she stocks.



I would highly recommend Wynter Isabelle to any brides to be looking for the dress of their dreams.



I am now looking forward to my 2nd appointment in February x

Fantastic service, I explained to Jess what I was looking for & she knew exactly what I was after, after trying on a number of dresses I picked the first one that I tried on, that she recommended... Anybody that knows me knows how fussy I am, I'm a nightmare buying any sort of clothing & I have now bought the FIRST dress I tried on!

The dress is absolutely beautiful & an amazing price, I cannot express how helpful Jess was, she isn't pushy in any way & made it a really lovely experience.

I left Jess' shop & went for a look in another shop & didn't even try on another dress as I could not find another that I loved as much as that first dress at Wynter Isabelle.... Will be highly recommending to all of my friends with upcoming nuptials �

I went to the plus size event in early June , I was only looking to see what I liked but I came away with the most beautiful dresses I really can't thank Jess enough being plus size I always worry but there was nothing to worry about , I didn't want to take my chosen dresses off I could of stayed in the shop for hours , if anyone is looking a dress and is plus size I would highly recommend Jess she makes you feel at home in her beautiful shop thank you Jess see you soon Heather

I visited wynter Isabelle on Sunday along with my mother and sister, my intention was the start what I thought would be a long search for my dream wedding dress. Little did I know my search wouldn't be long at all, Jess could not have been any more helpful she was very professional and so helpful. I tried on several dresses and Jess was only to happy the help. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and am still a bit shocked that I found my dress in my first appointment. After winning a prestige appointment on a facebook competition recently, i visited Wynter Isabelle today in the hope to find my dream dress and that i did do �



My mam, nanna, daughter and sister came along with me to share the experience and what a lovely morning we had.



On arrival we each had a glass of prosecco and little treats to share which i thought was a lovely touch.



Jess instantly made us all feel welcome and made me feel relaxed and it is very clear to see that she is good at her job and knows what shes talking about. Jess is very patient and let me try on as many dresses as i wanted to.



and i can't thank her enough for helping me find my dream dress and i can not wait to see it again �

A massive thank you to Jess for helping me say yes to the dress yesturday. It was my second visit to the shop. I was torn between a few dresses that i had tried on elsewear and jess went above and beyond to order in sample dresses that i had seen elsewear to make my comparison. Jess is so helpful and encouraging and complelty made me feel at ease. Just gutted I have to wait so long to be able to wear my dress now!. �� xx

A huge thank you to Jess for helping me find my Perfect dress and for all the advice she gave me along the way, I could not be any happier!!!
