Y Buarth Luxury Holiday Cottages

Very disappointed, we have visited a few times now and cottage is lovely. One visit we was told we could book direct with the owners and receive 10% off we've done this once before and it was all fine. This year we was looking to book dates for May, on the web site the dates we wanted were Avalable so we proceeded to contact the owners direct through e.mail. They confirmed the dates were Avalable and gave us a price, we confirmed the price and then went on to ask about payment arrangements, we replied within 10 mins of receiving emails from them which was over sat/sun. 2 days had gone by so this was now Tuesday with no reply to us from the owners, answering our question on how we should pay for the holiday. Then we receive an e.mail Tuesday night to say sorry for the disappointment but the cottage has been booked online. We're not entirely sure how the cottage could of been booked out in a space of a few mins when we was replying within 10 mins and had confirmed we wanted it and got up to the payment of deposit etc. As we confirmed everything and was waiting for them to reply on how we should pay, we was under the impression that it had been pre booked for us and we was very disappointed to be told after all of that that we couldn't stay on them dates. The email they sent to tell us that we couldn't have them dates was very short, and they wasn't willing to try and resolve the issue. There very difficult owners to get hold of, unless you go through a holiday company! Unfortunately from this they have lost our custome.
