This is a traditional water-powered working flour mill. It is located in a 12th century building adjacent to the ruins of St.Dogmaels Abbey. For a small fee guests can take a guided tour with the amicable owner. There is a guided tour which explains and displays how flour is produced from start to finish (so if you ever wanted to know where semolina comes from this is your chance). You can even buy some flour at the end to try making your own bread and cakes at home!
