We are a printing and publishing company based in Talybont, west Wales who publish a variety of enterprising and venturous books in Welsh and English. We are the only publisher in Wales who only publish original books, ensuring that we prioritise Welsh authors and artists.

In a world dominated by large corporations and bureaucracies, Y Lolfa believes that 'small is beautiful' in publishing as in life. It was Andre Gide who said, "I like small numbers. I like small nations. The world will be saved by the few. "
