Always a pleasure to eat here..Friendly,nice surroundings,and very tasty food.This is just the kind of place we have spent a long time to find..so visit regularly and are never disappointed.

Great location...easy to find with relatively easy parking. Decor rather bland. Warm and welcoming. Good varied menu. Overall the food was very good with reasonable sized portions. Would have rated higher but found paper in my dinner having chewed on it for a moment or two. Real shame as I was quite enjoying the Welsh lamb. Mentioned it to the waitress who was quite dismissive and said 'oh that happens on occasion!' No real apology and no gesture of good will in either discount on bill or alternative dish. What a shame as they are charging all the money for what could be described as a low end bistro.
Absolutely delicious food and great friendly service. Couldn't fault at all. Steak and ale pie was amazing accompanied with lovely vegetables. Children's food was very high quality and more than adequate for their appetite. Would highly recommend and will definitely go again.
Looks like a very popular place with the locals. Even though it's in a remote town in Wales, expect central London prices for your meals and drinks. Luckily, the portions are decently sized and the food is actually tasty. Had local mussels and grilled fish, enjoyed both.
Staff were very friendly and competent, and even though it was our server's first day on the job she did really well!
We came on a busy night the staff were welcoming we didn't have to wait long at all. The food was excellent highly recommended can't fault at all its classy sophisticated and elegant. Come and see for yourself.
