YHA Snowdon Bryn Gwynant is a Victorian mansion, perfectly placed for Snowdonia National Park holidays and set in large wooded grounds with stunning views over Llyn Gwynant and Snowdon itself. From its oversized wooden Giant's Chair overlooking the lake (perfect for memorable family photos) to its distinctive Welsh slate exterior, this peaceful hostel is full of character.

If walking holidays are your thing, you can set out from the hostel and take the scenic Watkin Path up Snowdon. Kids visiting us from the city feel like they've come to another world - you're bound to be inspired to try some new outdoor experiences here. As well as fun sporty activities, there are plenty of brilliant attractions within driving distance such as castles, caves and the magnificent Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways.
