Yoga Spirit Description

Suzanne is a psychology graduate of the London South Bank University and a registered state school teacher (University of Surrey, Roehampton), as well as being a qualified yoga teacher trainer. Suzanne is also a Reiki Master. She worked for two years at The Himalaya Yoga Valley Teacher Training Centre.

What is Vinyasa Flow Yoga?

Vinyasa flow yoga is a dynamic form of yoga in which movement is synchronised with the breath in a flowing sequence of postures (asanas). The practice of postures, controlled breathing and meditation lead to improved stamina, flexibility and strength, whilst increasing vitality and energy levels.
The mind achieves a sense of calm and stillness, allowing you to rediscover an internal sense of wholeness that, in today’s fast-paced world, is often lost.
The class will leave you feeling completely physically and mentally rejuvenated!

Yoga classes for 2019 in Cardigan.
Mondays 7-8.30pm Fridays 10.30am-12 Cardigan Small World Theatre, (see map or below to find exactly where we are).
... Classes suitable for all abilities; beginners always welcome.
Cost: £7/£5 concessions
No need to book – just drop in. Please arrive 10 mins before start of class. Mats available. Bring a blanket.
You do not need to be flexible to do yoga – yoga is more about flexibility of the mind!
Suzanne is a fully qualified and experienced yoga teacher. She taught student yoga teachers at Himalaya Yoga Valley, in India.

There is no car park. Small World Theatre is 20 yards down the hill (Bath House Road) from Pendre Cafe. There is an opening on the right, a driveway, with a sign for Small World Centre. Parking in library car park or Theatre Mwldan
Private classes available in your own home, one to one or small groups- £25 per hour. In need of healing? I am also a qualified Reiki practitioner and teacher.
