Yoga Classes-
Small friendly classes, suitable for all. Using body mind & breath to bring a sense of wellbeing and develop a deeper awareness of ourselves and the world around us.
Monday
Fishguard leisure centre 9am-10: 30am and 10: 40am-12: 10pm (Book via Leisure Centre. )
Awelfan 6: 15pm-7: 45pm
Wednesday
Awelfan 10am-11: 30am
Tiers Cross 6pm-7: 30
Thursday
Awelfan 7pm-8: 30pm
Classes start from £10 per 90 mins

Yoga 121’s-
Ideal if you cannot commit to a weekly class or wish to develop some aspect of yoga. Having a personal practice to work with at home to suit your specific needs. 121’s from £35.

Yoga therapy-
Yoga therapy can be used for a wide range of needs, physical, emotional & mental. Yoga provides many tools to aid health and healing for your personal needs. Starting from £35

Reiki-
Deeply relaxing and healing. I am an Usui Reiki master. Sessions from £30

Yoga Retreats-
Full and half board retreats with daily Yoga, healthy, homemade, organic (where possible) meals. Coastal walks and Swimming in indoor heated pool. A wide range of therapies available to book in advance on site. As I am open all year, these tend to be very individual from 1 – 5 persons.
