Intimate classes, guaranteed to provide significant assistance with your practice.
Classes no larger than 5 people will ensure you are guided, adjusted and instructed through your class with precision.
Class Format:
Below classes are hour long classes
*Friendship / Corporate Group bookings (max 5 people)
*Warm Hatha classes, all levels.
*Teens Hatha (12 to 16yrs)
Below classes are 45min classes:
*Postnatal - mum and baby (up until baby is able to crawl)
*Children's Yoga (5 to 11yrs)
Prices:
£8. 00 single class
£13 x2 classes to be used within 2 weeks
£6 Children's classes
*TIME TABLE COMING SOON*
Group Booking will be tailored to the specific group needs.
Instructor will discuss this with the group prior to class.
