Absolutely fabulous hospital, staff brilliant, they go the extra mile, Mr Abdullah, no words to describe how fabulous this man is, look forward to my next visit which should be middle to end of October,

My wife was well cared for by very professional staff across all area's of her diagnosis and treatment. As we were on holiday it was reassuring that help was at hand when we needed it. A big thank you to the Welsh NHS in all these times of despicable cuts backs.

Amazing amazing, coming from Bedfordshire on holiday and having complications at 8months pregnant and having to leave my partner and two toddlers St holiday cottege a hour away, thay made sure I wasn't alone and soon not go without food and tea on arrival, I was seen to very quickly which amazed me, also the views menu, staff just make it a brilliant hospital highly recommended! Shame my local hospital let themselves down taking 12hours to send my notes! Doesn't surprise me though 😂

I would like to thank all the staff on the endoscopy department. The staff were all so nice. I was very worried about having this done but it was over in a flash. They were all very afficient, kind and caring

I spent many weeks between here and Walton as an inpatient in 2014-2015 and the care was always great with all of the staff friendly and helpful! Long waiting times in A&E if you are wanting to be seen especially on weekends, but if you have a serious problem then you will be seen almost immediately. I suffered from a brain tumour and they moved me from the A&E waiting room into a private room within about 15 minutes even though it was busy there.
Always go above and beyond for their patients - thank you.

Excellent health care from all staff who saw me for urgent care while visiting from England, even though they were extremely busy (partially because it was a Friday night). Ambulance staff, nurses, HCAs, Doctors, admin staff - all terrific. Considering a shortage of beds and staff everyone still went all out for me (and every other patient I came across). Hope the night shift eventually got some sleep...

I have had many appointments at the hospital and I find the staff to be excellent, always kind and frendly and I think Glan Clwyd hospital could learn a thing or two from there staff. I been under the pain clinic, had so many different tests, Scans etc for my illness and every time they have all been so pleasent, so much so that even walking around the staff smile at you and even say hello this is so rare and would like to say a big thank you for all that you have done for me over many years. My illness is so bad that it won't go but at least the next time I go I know I will always get a great welcome from the staff.
