Yumi Yoga

Yumi Yoga offers weekly classes in and around Cardiff (South Wales) including Dynamic Flow Yoga, Prenatal Yoga for Pregnancy, Preparation for Birth Workshops, Baby Yoga and Postnatal Yoga for Mother and Baby. At Yumi Yoga we aim to create a warm, nurturing environment for students to explore and develop their practice whatever their age, experience or ability. We believe that everyone can enjoy our classes, and strive to offer variety and modification throughout our teaching to enable each and every student to benefit and learn. Yumi Yoga teachers are fully trained with, and members of, British Wheel of Yoga, Yoga Alliance, Birthlight, REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) and FEDANT (Federation of Antenatal Educators)
