Aromatherapy massage combines therapeutic essential oils with the healing power of massage therapy. Every oil has specific properties and used accordingly to treat a number of problems or simply to energise or relax you.
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing yet energising treatment
Gentle yet firm pressure is applied on the soles of the feet that correspond to all the major organs, glands, tissues and bones of the body. As the reflex points are pressed they activate the body’s own natural healing energies.
Swedish massage uses various pressures and stretching to manipulate the skin, muscles and tendons. The treatment promotes relief from stress, muscular aches, tension and anxiety improves lymphatic drainage to assist in the removal of toxins.
