We all LOVE food right??ЁЯеЩЁЯШН тАв A lot of people tend to consume too much of it (me too sometimes ЁЯЩИ) and unfortunately some people eat too little of it ЁЯШЮ тАв This could be down to lack of knowledge, education or being misled........ тАв My view is that food is amazing. One of the greatest pleasures in life (yes I said one of ЁЯдг) and is something we should embrace and not fear. Think of food as your bodyтАЩs fuel, and that we cannot function correctly without it. A bit like a car...it wonтАЩt work without fuel ЁЯЪЧ тЫ╜я╕П тАв Aim to hit as many macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats & protein) & micronutrients (vitamins & minerals) as possible for a well rounded nutritional diet. Obviously not too much as this can have an adverse effect on health such as type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. And also donтАЩt eat too little as this can have adverse health effects such as brittle nails, poor skin health, feeling unwell and weakness of your body and bones. There is a balancing act, and something we should enjoy trying to master, not shy away from. Like I mentioned above, food and eating are one of the greatest pleasures we can have as a human. Enjoy it. Eat well. Be active. What to see Mark about getting me ready for a upcoming tough mudder. 3 months later smashed the the event and booked on to more of them. Mark is a great trainer and pushed me hard to the point where I look forward to going to the gym now

Mark is an absolutely amazing PT who is well worth the 5 stars and more. He has been so supportive and knowledgeable in all areas of health and nutrition! He has taught me new work outs, demonstrated techniques, equipment and machines so I feel confident in my work out. My fitness levels have tremendously improved which I never felt would be possible. He really pushes you and creates unique work outs that are never boring, but simple and effective that can be used outside of the gym to. I genuinely look forward to my sessions, through the sweat and the laughter I am seeing great results! I really cannot thank him and recommend him enough.

Mark is a great trainer. I love my sessions and I'm seeing great results in my body and fitness. When I first thought about going I was worried as I hate gyms and also with Mark being young and fit I was really anxious but with in one minute that totally left. It's a great gym and environment too. He really pushes you but makes it enjoyable too, you leave feeling like you can take on the world. My mood, skin, sleep, work ethic have all been changed but most of all my diet. It's hard to make that change but when you do you really feel and see the results. My personal training is done in a friendly environment & even though my sessions are getting tougher I am really seeing the benefits which makes it all worth while. He's also great with nutritional advice & tips.

I have come a long way since I first saw Mark, 8 months on I am in the best shape of my life & that's all down to Mark, I still have more work to do to get to where I want to be but I know with Mark as my personal trainer I will get there. I would highly recommend Mark at Zenith Fit

Before I started my Zenith fit program I was so unfit and unhealthy. On my first session I felt like quitting, I felt sick and light headed and only then, I realised just how unfit I was. Mark looks at you holistically and tailors the program to suit you.

Now over half way through my program I feel happier and healthier although I still struggle with my eating habits, the small weekly changes I am making, will hopefully lead to an over lifestyle change for the better.

Mark is an absolutely amazing PT who is well worth the 5 stars and more. He has been so supportive and knowledgeable in all areas of health and nutrition! He has taught me new work outs, demonstrated techniques, equipment and machines so I feel confident in my work out. My fitness levels have tremendously improved which I never felt would be possible. He really pushes you and creates unique work outs that are never boring, but simple and effective that can be used outside of the gym to. I genuinely look forward to my sessions, through the sweat and the laughter I am seeing great results! I really cannot thank him and recommend him enough.

Mark is a great trainer. I love my sessions and I'm seeing great results in my body and fitness. When I first thought about going I was worried as I hate gyms and also with Mark being young and fit I was really anxious but with in one minute that totally left. It's a great gym and environment too. He really pushes you but makes it enjoyable too, you leave feeling like you can take on the world. My mood, skin, sleep, work ethic have all been changed but most of all my diet. It's hard to make that change but when you do you really feel and see the results. His passion for what he does really comes though and is always there to support you when you need it or feel like giving in the towel. Would highly recommend.

Mark has been tremendously supportive and challenging in appropriate measure in helping me set and achieve my goals. He runs sessions in a friendly and positive manner, putting me at ease and encouraging me to achieve the best I can.



I have some restrictions to how I can train but he's accommodated that with a programme that varies my workouts and challenges me constantly. I'm enjoying seeing the positive body changes being realised and would not hesitate to recommend and endorse Mark.

I would highly recommend Mark whatever your goals, his plans are professional, easy to follow, his PT sessions are always enjoyable, varied and he knows exactly how to push you to get the most out of each session.

Marks always there with advice, motivation and encouragement whenever needed, he's also a little fountain of knowledge when it comes to nutrition and exercise.

I first saw Mark in December 2016,my fitness had slipped big style due to a broken foot & surgery. A ladies weekend to Marbella for September 2017 had been booked so I asked Mark to get me trim toned & fit for it. Mark listened & understood my aims & wishes. My personal training is done in a friendly environment & even though my sessions are getting tougher I am really seeing the benefits which makes it all worth while. He's also great with nutritional advice & tips.

I have come a long way since I first saw Mark, 8 months on I am in the best shape of my life & that's all down to Mark, I still have more work to do to get to where I want to be but I know with Mark as my personal trainer I will get there. I would highly recommend Mark at Zenith Fit

Cannot recommend zenith for more. Mark is an amazing trainer and varies every exercise so it never gets stale and boring. He is a great support and motivated you when you need it most. Wouldn't train with anyone else and have made a great friend with him in the process.

Absolutely amazing!

Before I started my Zenith fit program I was so unfit and unhealthy. On my first session I felt like quitting, I felt sick and light headed and only then, I realised just how unfit I was. Mark looks at you holistically and tailors the program to suit you.

Now over half way through my program I feel happier and healthier although I still struggle with my eating habits, the small weekly changes I am making, will hopefully lead to an over lifestyle change for the better.



I couldn't have done without Mark, an amazing PT and an amazing program!
