Zerodegrees Microbrewery Restaurant Cardiff

This review is more informational than experiential, simply to recognize Zerodegrees Microbrewery Restaurant as the business currently housed in the historic Queen's & Royal Garage, a Grade II Listed Building in Castle, Cardiff.

Every time I make it to Cardiff, I end up at Zerodegrees. They have a handful of in-house brewed beers as well as a normally stocked bar. Food is good and well presented, albeit a little smaller portioned. Very nice atmosphere. Generally a nice place to visit if you want a decent meal and somewhere not a pub :)

Best beers. Best staff. Best bar.

We had our favourite pizza, salmon, rocket and mascapone. So good! Plus we love the wheat beer. Love zero degrees.

Amazing place with very reasonably priced beers and plenty of seating. I had the wheat beer and the mango beer. Staff is great - especially one of the bartenders from Spain. This place is popular with regulars and tourists, and would highly recommend if you want to get a beer.

Really nice atmosphere. Nice decor. Small selection of brew. The wheat ale is good. Don't know about the other yet. The pizza selection is large and the sweet and spicy Italian was really good. Music is okay and not too loud. Definitely will come back.

Fantastic craft beers and great pizza in industrial surroundings. Mango beer is excellent.

Great spot for an after dinner drink or some dinner. Popped in for my first visit in around 5 years and immediately noticed that in terms of decor, it was mostly the same.

However the menu was a nice surprise as it doesn't overwhelm you with options, splitting things up nicely with mussels, pizza and pasta. The gnocchi was delicious, the pizza was a great size for the price, and even better was the service, which was welcoming and relaxed.

Microbrewery that is original and excellent. Modern and funky. The beers are very good and the food is top notch. Unique pizzas done in the massive wood burning oven.
