Would highly recommend this salon. The customer service is fantastic and the staff really are the friendliest and most approachable girls i have encountered. After visiting many salons, i can 100% garauntee that their professionalism and customer centred approach is definately worth a visit!!

What a lovely warm welcome. Zeus managed to fit me in very last minute for a cut and colour. It was my very first visit and everyone was so friendly and lovely. I enjoyed a nice cup of tea and natter whilst the lovely Danielle (who stayed on past her shift to finish) did a fantastic job of my hair which was well overdue a make over. I will definitely be returning. Brilliant customer service ladies.

Very pleased with my hair - both the cut and the colour and highlights which I love! Kaylor was great. She listened to what I wanted, gave excellent advice and did my hair exactly the way I wanted. In fact all the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming - both today and when I initially called in for a consultation. Excellent customer service, All the quality of a Goldwell/KMS salon at a fair price rather than the very high city centre prices I experienced previously. It’s great that they reward customer loyalty in various ways e.g. discounts for recommending new customers and a loyalty card. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and valued as a customer again - I look forward to my next visit!

This was the first time I had been to Zeus Hair design, I did not know what to expect, but I got an excellent haircut and style, I felt relaxed all the time I was there, the staff are lovely and helpful and most important to me they listen to me and to what I wanted, and they delivered, so I'm totally going to make them my hair stylist from now on.

Roz and all of her staff are all great very friendly they all give you a lovely greeting as you enter the Salon. I had my hair coloured yesterday and had the new products to enhance the colour plus increased the shine, I am very happy with the outcome Danielle did a fantastic job she always does and I know that if she isn't there one of the girls can do my hair. My daughter goes to the Salon as well Charmaine does her hair

It's so nice to go to a Hairdressers like Zeus,where the staff and the service is always of top quality. At Zeus I've used all the stylists and I love how they all cut and style my hair,so I know what ever time or day I go in there I will get a great finish to my hair and an incredible friendly service and I certainly wont be going any where else..I can highly recommend Zeus Hair & Beauty to anyone thinking or going for a haircut I guarantee you won't be disappointed .

I went to Zeus hair salon yesterday and was greeted by lovely staff who gave me a skin test before booking me into have my hair coloured and cut today. After years of having my hair done this is the first salon that has done this and shows me how professional they are. The staff are lovely. Karen cut coloured and gave my highlights and I absolutely love it! It's amazing what she has done for and I can't thank you enough I can't wait to come back! Xx

I been going to the salon for some time now always had a cut and blow dry and it's been great, but yesterday I had a full colour change from red to blonde! Amazing work by Kaylor and I can't thank you enough!!! I'll be back soon for highlights - a good afternoon spent with the staff - see you all soon xx

I am on holiday here with my friend , we both have had our hair cut and my friend had hers washed and blown dry, we couldn't believe how friendly all the staff was and the owner said we could bring the dogs inside. instead of 5 stars i think it should be 10

Had my hair done with Danielle and I must say, I absolutely love it! Going from having long hair and always up, to much shorter and a full fringe. I'd definitely recommend this hairdressers.. They are all so friendly which makes the visit much more comfortable

Brilliant salon! Having collected my daughter from school I had one hour to get her changed, hair done and back for her Christmas disco. Realising I wouldn't get her home and back in time I decided to change her in Tesco and go straight back to the school so she wouldn't be late. Having forgotten about the fact that with not going home I could not fix the frizzy hair that had been playing out in the rain all day, I suddenly realised I could not do much with it using a brush alone. I called in at Zeus on the off chance that maybe someone could run some straighteners over it, just to make it a little more presentable. Well my 4 yr old was in the chair, having her hair done within mins! The end result was a lovely bouncy head of curls, sparkling and shimmering with glitter spray and a very happy little girl feeling like a princess!! Could not have asked for more at pretty much no notice at all!

Been coming here for the past 2 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Charmaine never fails me and am always happy with the end result, the rest of the girls are always welcoming, friendly and easy to talk to. I would always recommend this place as the place to to, thanks girls

All the girls at Zeus are lovely,it’s like a little family there...Kaylor is great,she rectified my hair after I had my hair cut (more like hacked) by a well known salon in Cardiff City Centre...Roz is so lucky to have someone so talented in her salon,she’s incredible at colour and cut & I trust her 100% to do her thing...Today,I left with a huge smile after I had a big blow dry done by Chloe ready for a party tonight & I couldn’t be happier...Thanks girls X

1st visit to the saloon & I was made to feel so welcome from Chloe offering me tea as soon as I walked through the door.

I was going from having long hair to something a bit shorter - talked through with Kaylor what I had in my head colours and length & a few hours later came out feeling fab she so got what I wanted - can't wait to go back
