Zing completed an installation of my Grandmothers boiler in Ceredigion. Installers were reliable clean and professional. To further this they went beyond and above to go to the local plumb center branch and collect a valve which the system required. They could of used the old one but insisted on doing a thorough job. FANTASTIC AND WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

After wall insulation, I am now able to stay in a quiet environment as it is now hard for sounds to come in, moreover its hot inside now. Appreciate your work guys!

We were promised a phone call from Ben at Zing last Friday to arrange yet again when they’d be attending to fix new radiators – but no call was received

then or even up to date (16.00 22/3/18).



With regard to the long list of previous issues Ian has spoken to Ryan at SFS and been told he’s spoken to his staff and it’s been resolved – whatever that means.



Well nothing has been resolved here and we can now add to our list of problems damage to one of our gates where the old boiler was taken into their van. Photos have again been taken.



This morning 22/03 we have had to bring our own boiler engineer in to resolve a problem with the office boiler. The boiler engineers are the same engineers we have used for years for both maintenance & repairs. Their comment was that the boiler had been set up allowing too much fuel through & not enough air. We do not touch the boilers, knowing nothing about them, and the last person to work on this boiler was an SFS employee, restarting the boiler as it had ‘died‘ whilst the new boiler was being installed. The Aga also went down yesterday and when taken apart was clean & certainly not needing servicing (which we do ourselves). This means that we have had issues with all three oil-fed appliances, other than the new boiler during and since the new boiler has been fitted. With such mounting consequential evidence it leads us to believe that these costs should be down to your company.



The control centre for the boiler which you supplied has also been problematic. One of the installers said that the controller worked in the house, but we certainly cannot get it to work through the extremely thick walls. At the end of the day I asked if the controls had an instruction manual & told yes, but we cannot understand them. After having spoken to our boiler engineer the control box is set up as required but remains not in the house but in the room that the boiler is in so it can wirelessly communicate with it. With this now set up correctly the necessity to go out to the boiler room first thing in the morning and last thing at night is hopefully negated.



One other factor we feel we need to bring to your attention is the water tank overflow. Ian was in the boiler room sorting some stationary for the office when the boiler clicked off and the next thing was a torrent of water coming down on the roof from the overflow from the tank that supplies the boiler. We are not aware of this happening again (but it is not something that we hang around for to happen. Whether this was a one off or not at present we are not aware.



We seem to have no option but to wait until these issues are resolved. But we do not like being ignored.

We need to know when your team are going to be here as we have meetings arranged over the next few weeks and when the outstanding issues will be rectified.



If we cannot get these issues sorted then Kath will have no choice but to speak to the Council directly as well as our local Councillor Wyn Jones. It is there scheme and they need to be made aware that it is not operating correctly.

This is not a company , I don’t know what they are , we made a deal with them to change our boiler , they sent us a horrible not profisional Guy , messed our home at first day , and then run away the second day , we still waiting for some one to sort out our problem . Don’t deal with unknown people on web

This company is absoulitly rubbish , not professional staff , and dodge , don’t deal with them as they are going to mess up your heating system . Be careful as I had horrible experience with them .
