What an awesome experience. Staff were very good and professional. Scenery was stunning from the top. Although the run was only 57secs it was worth every penny. Another tick on my bucket list

What a fantastic experience my hubby Pete had yesterday on the Velocity. This was a birthday treat for him and he had such an adrenaline rush even an hour after finishing. He thought the smaller zip wire was more daunting as you come to a sudden jolt at the end. The overall experience for him was fantastic, staff helpful and informative and just a great place to be if you're a thrill seeker. �

What a fab experience can’t wait to do it again. My other half and I commented on how professional the staff were as well as the logistics of getting people from one place to another. The team work was great as were their communication skills. A great place for Wales so well done all of you a fantastic place to visit. And I will do so again.

We were just passing through Bethesda so we thought we'd call in and just see what it was all about...so we didn't ride. I can honestly say it seems fantastic and when I feel ready I'm booking it!! The only two small things I would say need tweaking...perhaps there would be some way of 'clocking' your speed and also it would be nice for viewers to know when someone was on their way down...as when a bit overcast you can't see them at the top. But well done Zip World!!

We arrived for our experience and found Velocity had been upgraded to four lines which are even faster. From the moment you booked in till the end of the experience you could not fault the members of staff who where brilliant, cheerful and encouraging. Having a miniature version to try first still going 40mph, eliminated any fears and gave you confindence in the equipment. A bumpy truck ride up then took you to your destiny which was so worth the excitement. This ride was so excilarating, fast and scary all rolled into one, our party where like kids at Christmas. At the end we all wanted to race back up and have another go. Well done Zip World it was magnificent

The staff were amazing and very thorough with their checks. We went last year and there was a basic hut for food and drinks and also the checkin room was small. The new building and equipment is of high standards with a bar and an amazing balcony / walkway. A great day had by all 9 of us .👍

My 10 year old son stepped in for my partner who had to work. We were both quite apprehensive but absolutely loved it. The staff were great, the cafe was lovely and the weather was fabulous. As well as Velocity 2, we also did the Fforest Coaster which was also fab. Not cheap but oh so worth it.

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were so helpful and enthusiastic. I highly recommend hiring the go pro the videos of the zip wires make the experience all the more memorable �� thank you zip world

I was given this as a Christmas gift from my beloved. I am extremely scared of heights so was very nervous about doing it! Did it on my own yesterday & it was fantastic!! Feels like you are flying. I want to do it again with a group of friends. Don't hesitate do it. You won't regret it. The team are amazing very professional and put you at ease.

I loved the experience although not cheap. Well organised. Lot of attention to safety. Friendly and helpful staff. Venue looks good & restaurant food is excellent. Great viewing balcony. One negative is when you buy the video of yourself at the end half of it is advertising of the venue activities. It is not okay not to mention this. I am paying for the venue free advertising their wares as I share my video with family and friends. NOT OKAY zip world

Great and helpful staff! Definitely made the day out a lot better for my Dad's birthday treat. He really enjoyed it and thoroughly enjoyed the zip lining! I would definitely highly recommend anyone to do this. The restaurant has tasty food and good coffee.

Found myself at Zip World for this year's Snowdonia Rocks event. I had emailed the staff months before attending. They were super responsive and accommodating from the go.



This is a top-notch facility. I had only been zip lining one other time - sitting up. I felt much more secure in the Velocity harness. I really thought I would be an anxious mess, but I truly enjoyed the whole experience from beginning to end.



The best part is the first 20 seconds while you're accelerating. Just incredible! Would love to have known my clocked speed. Maybe a feature to add.



My only suggestion would be for them to put up more clear directional signage. I walked up the entrance way from the road. Upon arrival I instinctively walked in the back door, as did several others.

Amazing experience, the staff were friendly, funny and very rigorous with the safety throughout. Would recommend to anyone to have a go just for the experience. The environment is so beautiful, scenic and well kept. A nice place just to go and visit even if you just want something to eat and watch the people on the zip wire.

Amazing experience yes it’s a bit pricey but well worth it!! You do a little practice run and the safety is on point!!! Felt so safe and all the staff were friendly. Although the reception staff weren’t helpful telling us the locker eats the pound or that there’s a practice run or anything about the running of things and nearly forgot to book in our cameras. Still the drive up was great although it was awkward when staff started talking weak to each other.

Absolutely fantastic activity. What a buzz. I would definitely recommend it. I thought that the slate caverns yesterday and the Fforest coaster this morning were good but definitely saved the best till last. It’s over far too quick. I will be visiting again.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Enjoyed that you got to go on The little zip first to get to ready for the big one. The staff where fantastic and made you feel at ease and safe. The thrill is unexplainable. Fantastic time and would recommend to anyone and everyone

60th Birthday present from my brother and sister and what a great experience it was. The set up at Penrhyn quarry is superb, excellent facilities and very professional staff who take care of you during an approx 2-3 hour stay riding two zip lines. I would highly recommend this to everyone and is a great day out even for those just going to watch the zippers.

We loved the zipwire experience. You have two rides the smaller one going 30 miles an hour to get you used to the big ride going 118 miles. It goes so fast the ride is over before you know it. In peak time £85 pp.. Is it worth it! Hmm! I don’t know but very glad we did it.
