Zoar's is great, the staff are always available, they are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous which makes it a great pleasure to shop there.

I use the garden centre for my plants, fish and earth as they have good prices and the quality is fantastic and consistent. The 1 foot tomato plant I bought in May has at least 70 tomatoes on it!! Never had such a good crop from one plant.

The gift shop is amazing and sells some wonderful unusual gifts as well as the Yankee Candle range and a selection of quality locally sourced products.

the pet shop has got everything I need and the pets are always well cared for.

Most certainly favourite pet and garden store. :-D

When I booked for Bethan to see Santa, you remembered her from last year, and asked if she was still obsessed with Gary Barlow. The fact that you remembered her was amazing, but to get her something of Gary Barlow was incredible. Yes she is 22yrs old now, and has ‘special needs’ but for as long as seeing Santa puts a smile on her face, we will bring her.

Thank you for bringing the magic of Christmas..... and winding her up!!!

We took our boys, aged 3 and 7, to see Santa yesterday (17/12/17). They got to make reindeer food, eat cookies and got to do colouring with the Elves and also took colouring home to do. When we went in to see Santa he was amazing. The boys were soo excited! Santa chatted to them, had us all singing his favourite song Jingle Bells, he checked his Naughty List, which to the relief of our boys they weren't on there! They had a selection box and cuddly toy. It was a fantastic experience for them and so much time was given to them. We had a lovely photo of our boys with Santa (extra £1) and were also allowed to take our own photos. Santa and his Elves had so much time for them. We didn't feel rushed at all. The whole grotto was brilliantly done. Thanks so much for making it a magical time for our boys � Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing visit to see Santa, it was magical. Truly fantastic. Nothing was to much for santas elves and Mrs Claus. Perfect time with our grandson.

Lovely and calm setting and such helpful and kind staff especially the chap in the gift shop who saw us in.

Took my grandson there he is only ten months , he loved touching the reindeer food and seeing rudolf, and Santa was great, highly recommended, thank you for making it special

Took my 3 children to visit Santa's grotto, well what can I say...what an amazing time my kids had Santa was fantastic...also they had a table there with colouring book and colours. Also a plate of cookies, definitely be visiting again. �

Took my 17 month old son here today to see Santa. Set up was stunning and the Elves made a real effort interacting with the children. Jesse loved the cookies too �

The Christmas Grotto is one of the best I have come across. My granddaughter is still talking about meeting Father Christmas and his elves. Great gift and quite an experience for the little ones.

Looking forward to taking my grandson next.

I took my children age 5 and 3 to visit santa on friday (15/12/17) it was lush! The grotto was stunning, the staff were lovely, (twinkle the elf was great with the kids) we made raindeer food, ate cookies, coloured in pictures and even got some to take home! When we went to see in to see santa he was amazing with the kids, they were a bit star struck, he was nice and gentle not over the top and tried to get the kids singing (they were to star stuck to join in) but he carried on singing anyway! He really took the time to see the kids and not rush them off because it was 5:15 so one of the last ones! Will deff be back next year!

Highly recomend this store for all your pet needs as very helpful staff and reasonably priced they go that extra mile to help

Always lovely customer service here...always very helpfull and friendly.. Never visit this shop on payday :-) One of my fave treats to pop in for a candle or yet another plant!

3rd year running we've booked into see Santa- what a fantastic experience each time!!! The effort put into the grotto is second to none - so magical! The elves, mother clause and Santa are brilliant! £5 per child and £1 for a photo is fantastic value plus you can take your own photos with the reindeer and polar bear, 10/10 again xxx

Took my children here last week to santas grotto. We booked the last slot 5.20, the grotto was a stunning set up with lots of polar bears, penguins, reindeers, we had a nice chat with santa. It all looked brilliant but very disappointed as i felt we were being rushed out of there, my children had no time to sit down to colour in the pictures as the staff told them to colour them in at home. Spent £16 and was out of there in about 5 minutes.

Nice place but very expensive animals cost a fortune way over priced
