My daughter has worked with the team at 14 Records for the last 5 years after she went to a song writing workshop they hosted when she was 12. Over the years she has done songwriting, recording, production, promotion and videos. They are fantastic at what they do and good value too. I highly recommend using their services.

I am so happy with my recordings and feel they are the best quality recordings I have ever personally had even topping other high end studios I have used



Matt being a multi instrumentalist means there is no limit to what can be achieved in the studio and his experience means he can work exceptionally fast leaving more time to perfect what you need to in the time you have



Also as Gemma is also vocal coach this really is a god send in the studio meaning you will be able to give your best vocal performance each time with Gemma to push you to achieve your best performance which really does show in the end product



I would recommend and have recommended 14 records to anyone looking to record their music from personal hands on experience

They have helped me get back into music and they have been with me every step of the way with writing, recording nd developing myself. They are such lovely talented people who dont get enough credit for what they do. Ive seen the studio progress whilst i have been there and its really amazing what they have done to the premises. Very comfortable and welcoming too. I genuinely consider them as friends. Xxx

Gemma & Matt are a pleasure to work with. 14 Records is simply the best and most relaxed rehearsal/recording environment available. Skilled, friendly, understanding, always looking to get the 'best' results through in a natural and organic working relationship. Their focus is on giving artists the 'space' to be confident and express; this can never be over-valued because they understand the creative processs involved in making music, being fine working musicians themselves. A1!

From time to time I have done some session playing at fourteen records , I have always found the experience to be stress free with the engineer / producer working speedily and accurately.

Friendly, welcoming and homely people/environment. 14 Records is a great place to develop yourself and your craft and grow as an artist. As well as rehearsal spaces at unbeatable rates with all the equipment ou may need... :)

Can't recommend Matt and Gemma at 14 Records highly enough, by far the best practice rooms, recording studio and general support for all local acts in the area. Any band wanting the great base for their music needs must get themselves to 14 Records

The production of my debut EP recorded at 14 Records was second to none and was finished within a very strict time-frame. Matt and Gemma are very professional and work on a one to one basis with clients at an unbeatable price.

After working at 14 Records I wouldn't look to record anywhere else!

14 Records is a great place...we practice here every Monday and have also had a couple of tracks recorded here too! We can't fault you one bit 😁
