Super place! It's newly fitted out, right next to the Uni and town centre. Enjoyed my stay here, would recommend it to anyone.

Really good location, with university being opposite. Nice rooms, and lovely staff.

Really good location for students within the area, just a few minutes walk from bars and the shopping centre, fairly affordable accommodation with spacious rooms.

Location and price well worth it, nowhere as cheap in the city centre and no deposit! Would recommend!!

Close to the university. Everyone is really nice to get along with. You will make lifelong friends here

Brilliant location, staff are lovely, rooms are modern and comfortable.

Really great place for students everything’s included in the price, right opposite the university and so close to the town centre it’s in the middle of everything you need. Minus having no windows that open in some flats I’d highly recommend it. I always got replies from management and if I had any problems they would get resolved fairly quickly. It has everything you need in the flat. All in all I had a great experience as a first year student here.

Perfect location in respect to the university and town centre, the rent isn’t extortionate and everyone gets on well, would recommend!!

Not bad tbh yeah there's no windows which open but it has all basic student needs and the landlord is sound. I live in the penthouse so whoever is looking at this come up to ours and we will have a sic night.

- very nice interior modern design



Cons: - Before signing any contract my sure you read it carefully and you are comfortable with the restrictions and policies they have.

- no windows besides the kitchen it can get really stuffy and hot especially during the summer months

- when it comes to maintenance make sure you have photos and everything in email to cover your own back.

- walls are extremely thin so if you have loud neighbours not much will be done about it.



Overall a pretty pleasurable experience but the accommodation does have its faults

The location of this place is spot on, but shame about the management!!!

Scam scam scam! They misled people with their contract don't be fooled about not paying deposit wen at the end of the year the come up with payments which don't make sense. I would really advice people not too stay there. They never reply emails on time and also will not provide any evidence of invoices and check list before move in. Be careful as we were misled without any understanding of end of year contract. Also worked for them during open days they never mentioned that we should inform other students wanting to stay on end of year contracts. No windows aswell do you research before moving I would advice chambers 51 very good accommodation and don't try scam people deposit is not as bad as being scammed at the end of the year.
