got overcharged for a booking last night. used this firm on a recommendation, was in Stourbridge, so used the app to book from Lloyds bank to Gornal Wood, via a drop off just south of Dudley. driver charged £18!! similar trip (different pickup, Bridgnorth road instead) with uber a few weeks ago was only £12-14 ish...

Drivers are usually on time and most of them are friendly. Though there are a couple who ask intrusive and uncomfortable questions. The app is inaccurate in regards to the cost of a trip, and this has been confirmed by the drivers. I’ve had instances where a driver is 5 minutes away and then there’s a completely different driver due to pick up passengers and they are 20 minutes away instead. And then the company has the cheek to get mad at passengers for cancelling.

Worst taxi rank I have ever had the displeasure of using. Prebooked a taxi from Hagley, in anticipation of the snow and ice, and specifically asked if there would be any issues with the driver getting to me and was reassured it was fine. The taxi was booked for 8am. Over the course of 45 mins following I was persistently lied to/ignored. I gave up trying and had to find another way to make it to the train station. So thanks ABM for causing me to be late to work and your disgusting customer service. I will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know.

Got picked up eventually, but when it came to getting dropped off, the driver asks where we're from, (We don't sound local) I tell him, he asks how much we paid last time we were here (never been here before) he then tells me the price.

It seemed well over priced for such a short journey. I ask to see the meter of which he tells me there isn't one. Wouldn't show me it on his device either. I call the office and they said it should have been on the guys PDA. Funny that!Avoid the guy we had, big Red Peugeot of some description.
