I first heard of Ady Watts Strength and Conditioning & Personal Training through a couple friends who are members.
I suffer from very long term back pain due to general wear & tear and a couple of major horse riding accidents. The last one being a fall seven years ago where I fractured my back in three places. Things had become so bad I took the heartbreaking decision to sell my horse and give up riding completely. I then contact Ady for some ...help.
That was nearly two months ago now and I can’t believe the difference. I am nearly always pain free, which is a miracle in its self as I was always taking pain killers to keep me going. Now I take nothing! I have learnt so much. I had become weak & was using all the wrong muscles (don’t think I had any) to compensate for my back pain, which only made things worse.
I can not recommend Ady & his team enough, I am a different person and that’s after only a few weeks. Can’t wait for the next few months!

Just finished my first ever Wattbike block and all I can do is praise the gym; brilliant, well equipped & super clean. More importantly though the staff are 5*+++++....Tommy took our Wattbike block and was so enthusiastic and motivational even at 8pm on a Wednesday! Can't wait to start the next block to see even further progress and results! Thank you :)
