The Children Matter Project has now finished but schools still need volunteers to help out so we would like to encourage you all to offer your time at your local school if you can - the children benefit so much from this Intergenerational interaction - but we know you will love it too!

Lisa, Debbie and Amy are very sad to report that the team have not been successful in securing further funding so the Children Matter Project will finish on 31st August 2019 and our social media will be closing.
We would like to thank the The National Lottery Community Fund for providing funding for 11 years which has enabled us to recruit so many fabulous individuals to help out in local Primary Schools. We are so proud that over 99% active volunteers have decided to contin...ue in their role in September which means the project will continue to benefit the pupils for some years to come – what an amazing legacy!
Thank you all for your support and dedication over the years and hope our paths may cross again in the future.
