We all had an amazing time on our trip to Air Space. The staff were really friendly, helpful & couldn’t do enough to make sure the children enjoyed themselves. I would recommend a visit for a great afternoon out.

Took my daughter and her friend as they love it here the staff are always friendly and helpful and the girls really enjoyed themselves the only problem we had was my wife queued for 20 minutes as we wanted to buy 2 t-shirts but the staff were so busy that they didn’t have time to find the correct sizes so we didn’t have time to get them as there jump time was over. We were also told that because we needed 11-12 sizes that they would be £10 each but they are advertised as £4.95 so we were a bit confused. Other than that the girls had a fantastic time and we will be coming back.

Staff I found very friendly and helpful I went with my 11 year old grandson and a young autistic man with learning difficulties I was concerned e wouldn't cope as never done anything like this before he didn't u understand instructions given but spent a good half hr jumping and trying a few things a bit to many people for him to cope with but I will certainly take him again in term time were he can't get in anybody's way it's a pity there isn't certain days and a time for people not just here but other places that could put an hr into a day set aside just for disabled as there are loads that can use there hands and feet and wouldn't bother others .

My daughter had her 10th birthday party here today and couldn't of been more happy with how it went. She had The Super Party Package and the room was decorated lovely, she was really pleased with everything. Her host was lovely and was happy to help. All in all was really pleased and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. 🖒

Had an amazing day. The queue to get in was long which caused us to miss the first video session . But when we got in we had a blast.

10 minutes towards the end I had the unfortunate experience of standing next to someone who it looked like their ankle exploded, seemed like the staff dealt with it well though.



The staff on the air beds (cushions ) were so nice and trying to teach my children how to do it .

Had a blast despite seeing a terrible injury. Hope she is ok .

Had a great time last night with 30 Rainbows, Brownies & Guides that managed to get there safely in the bad weather all to take part in a Sponsored Bounce for Breast Cancer. Thank you so much for allowing the girls to do it at Wolverhampton, the girls had a great time.

Cameron went above and beyond to help our daughter Abbie age 5, find her bouncing feet! Thank you Cameron for your help and patience, it's guys like you that make it special! All the staff made our visit (with our five kids) super enjoyable and we will be back very soon. Top place to go... Highly recommend.

Brilliant well organised from booking through to the party itself. The children had such a great time. Our party host Katie (hope I’ve spelt this correctly) was excellent-tremendously helpful, went above and beyond & took full responsibility for the party group. Leaving me with nothing to do!

Big improvements since last visit!



We came here in December and left disappointed after my daughter was shouted at for running on the trampolines. As it was half term I thought we would try again and I’m glad we did, the staff were much more friendly and helpful, the snack bar is cleaner and more inviting than before and my daughter loved it so much we will be back next week and I’m looking at having her birthday party here now

Been to toddler session today with my 16 month old daughter and 2 week old baby i cant thank the staff enough for their help. We cant wait to come back. So much fun and loads of space to let toddlers run wild.

Me and my husband brought out toddlers to play on Sunday. Very disappointing that they are charged the same price as everyone else as they are not able to use all of the equipment. This made it limited for us as well. I don’t mind paying full price when all is available to use

Had my sons 6th birthday party here 18/3/18 and as much as it was great whilst the kids where bouncing and they had a fab time, when it came to going into the party room there wasn’t any announcement to go to the party room (only that the yellow bands time was up) so I had to go round chasing all the guests. To then go into the party room where the food was just there on the table to help ourselves. There wasn’t any staff interaction during the time in the party room and nobody came in to see if everything was ok or to dish out food and drinks, then I had to go and find someone to say we were ready for the cake! Felt like I was hosting the party which I could of done at home and saved on party food. Would come back but not for a party package! Real shame

Had my son's party there yesterday . Kids had a great time jumping . I agree with some of the other posts on here that I was disappointed with the actual " party " element of it . Whilst I am aware that the package I purchased did not include a party host , it would have been nice to have someone to pop in and make sure everything was ok . We had to keep going to find a member of staff for refills of juice , lighting the cake etc . No one even wished my son a Happy Birthday . Would not have another party here .

. Booked 2 hours. 6pm to 8pm. Not as good as Stoke. Some of the play stations we not open as there was a lack of staff or they were on a break. ! I will probably go to Stoke next time.

The actual trampoline areas are great and well supervised and if the rest of our experience was the same the review would have had more stars. However, the ladies toilets were very dirty. Then the reception staff didn't tell us anything about what to expect despite me explaining it was our first visit and they couldn't even crack a smile. They then just spoke to each other not us and then said to our 7 and 9 year old "go to the briefing room" and i asked were we able to go with them as our daughter doesn't like being left and they said "if you want but they can go alone". The other lady without conversing with us parents told the children to follow her and i was still paying.... not great telling kids to wonder off without telling us where they were going! So i told my partner to follow them into the briefing room and as he followed them down the lady took the girls in and shut my partner out the room! Literally as he was at the door she pulled it across right infront of his face. I was not happy about this as 1) i feel parents should have to listen to the briefing so everyone is clear as to what the children have been told. 2) i don't particularly think its smart to let kids think just because someone is staff that they are safe to go into a room with, 3) the briefing literally last 5minutes and no longer. If an accident had occurred with the children how would parents establish if its due to the child breaking the rules or not if they aren't in the room to hear the rules. Or is that the aim to make it the adults words against kids? Staff really do need retraining on customer service and common sense with children. Then we arrived at a bench as a family were leaving and they had to tell us the floor was covered in drink as they had an accident and had asked for staff to bring something to help clean it up but nobody had attended to them. Nobody cleaned it up the whole time we were there. Also we had no idea how long children had to bounce as nobody told us. We only found out when the kids were told time up.

Disappointed, ran late and lost so much play time. Parts were closed which were disappointing for the children and place was filthy which is not ideal for the prices paid, kids did enjoy it though but for the cost of admission would have liked better service.

This place is awful...long queues...rude staff....no where to sit....one ladies toilet with no toilet seat or loo roll. Queues so long that we queued for 25 minutes, even though we signed waiver online, people signing waivers at the till when clearly told to do so beforehand!

kids never got to trampoline for more than half an hour due to queues and waiting for debriefing to fill up.

Never again! Complete waste of £23

This is more a review about the pricing structure than the place itself. I took my 3 year old to jump after school as I was taking her cousin there for a party. The website states over 3 years can jump. Now I understand I would be supervising her because of her age. However having to pay £9.50 to essentially walk around after her is a joke. The whole hour cost me £23 which turned into an expensive after school treat. The trampolines she enjoyed but wasn't allowed on many of the other parts due to her age and wanting to follow her cousin lead to many tears. The soft play area was poorly equipped. Disappointing visit and won't be returning.
